Very clear communication from start to finish for the order. Very quick delivery. Great product, the bricks are easier to use in my compact fire box, and burn like a dream.

Quality product & customer service
More RUF briquettes ordered, as I find them absolutely fantastic in my stove. They throw out great heat with little ash remains.
Small bit of a delay on dispatch but kept updated on same.
Also, credit to the courier who, on a usually wet day in Ireland, ensured that they were well wrapped & protected until I got home.

Good product and good price
Good product and good price. Only criticism is I asked for the delivery driver to ring me before delivery to make sure someone at home to receive delivery. By chance we were there when delivered.
