I ordered a coffee machine on the 23rd of March and here comes April 17 and I still didn’t receive it. I was given a tracking number for my package after 1-2 weeks of contacting them. Now I see my package on the tracker saying it has been delivered but I never received it. When I went to contact the store, it suddenly says that the website is not available anymore and emails to their customer support cannot be sent. Their website has been disabled for a week now so learn from my experience and don’t order from websites like these.

Total scam, totally avoid.

Ordered a few products and was really impressed with the quality across the board. Everything from the cleaning supplies to the personal care items worked exactly as expected.

100% scammers. I made an order worth more than 2000 AED that was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 business days as im in the UAE but after 5 days it didn’t arrive nor I received order confirmation or tracking number. So I try to talk to them on their UAE number but it’s off, I try WhatsApp and the bot in their website which takes them ages to reply with no helpful answers whatsoever. Every 2-3 days they say another 2-3 days. After 8 days I started asking for a refund but were ignored repeatedly which made me furious. Then after 17 days they say ohh it’s delivered to a wrong address and till now I didn’t receive the refund. So all in all 100% scammers.
