Manager n dilevery boy can't receive call
My wife gave order of nyka n that's deliver by ecom express seen in msg of delivery but delivery boy miss call my wife n then my wife call back for it but he can't receive any call from her n then she give me number n I also try call to him..but he can't receive my call also n cut call from his side..then I would like to inform manager for this problem but he also can't receive call from my side n also not call back after seen miss call from customer...then why they are having liance for this company they don't like to attend call from customer n also not take from customer

Pathetic service. They dont deliver in time. Customer care number is never reachable. No updates been shared on parcel status.

Worst service, do not update proper status of the delivery. They do not handle the product well and they keep on saying lies that the order will be delivered today and later they damage the product and cancel the delivery and the customer service is useless including the manager... Worst service... I don't know why big companies like Amazon and flipkart use their service..

I would rated no star......worst service. Please dont use this courier service. I am a seller in meesho, i got 5 orders cancelled due to their worst service. I strongly recommend not to use this Ecom service. Rude behaviour. I am going to give full negative reviews in all the website for this courier service.

My recent interactions with Ecom Express have been nothing short of a nightmare. As a seller, timely pickup of shipments is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and business success. Unfortunately, Ecom Express has consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
The most glaring issue is their abysmal pickup service, with shipments often left waiting for 4-5, and sometimes up to 10 days before being collected. This unacceptable delay has resulted in numerous canceled orders, causing significant losses for my business. Despite raising this issue with their customer service team, I was met with indifference and unhelpful responses, with representatives deflecting responsibility and refusing to take meaningful action.
In addition to their unreliable pickup service, Ecom Express's customer support is shockingly inadequate. Instead of addressing concerns directly, they simply redirect customers to contact Shiprocket, further exacerbating the frustration and inconvenience.
In summary, my experience with Ecom Express has been nothing short of disastrous. Their failure to provide timely pickup and effective customer support has cost me valuable time and money. I strongly advise you not to rely on trust them, especially if you operate in areas like Ballia (Pincode: 277208). Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable shipping partner elsewhere.

Wish I could give negative rating. Always had poor experience with ecom. All are liars including the delivery person and no option to even connect with customer care. It will give you big nightmare. Please stay way

Terrible service. I ordered 2 parcels from Zara. My phone was unreachable so he cancelled the order on the same day within 2 hrs of contacting me. Atleast big companies like Zara shouldn’t deliver with help of ecom express. I didn’t even tell the delivery boy to cancel the order. He cancelled it all by himself. I’m so disappointed. Now the clothes I ordered are not even in stock.
These delivery people don’t think twice before cancelling your order. You are unreachable so they will cancel order for their will.
