Never try Ecom services

Never try Ecom services, i have sent essential medicine for my mother but due to ver unprofessional behaviour delivery boy marked the customer unreachable without trying any call. They did it two times and i felt very helpless because those medicines are very essential, even i am not able to connect customer services their IVR system simply cutting the calls

One of the worst courier service is…

One of the worst courier service is Ecom express and shiprocket.

Their delivery agent named Ishant from faridabad is very unprofessional and scammer.

I spoke to him over the phone and also shared my location on his whatsapp ......still he did not my order and falsely marked it undelivered stating I was not contactable.

Small and gog business should avoid Ecom express and shiprocket as their logistics partners for this very reason.

This is a common practice by Ecom express delivery agent as you can see this platform is full of very same review.

Worst! Worst! Worst!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a product from dermdoc and the delivery partner cancelled it without my permission. I waited for the product many days but their was no progress. And every single they their response is they tried contacting me but i never responded, which is not true. I even tried contacting them several times and they provide silly reasons for not delivering the product. Highly disappointed.

ECOM EXPRESS - THE WORST COURIER SERVICES

One of the worst courier services I have ever come across. I do not mind delays but they are dishonest, update the status as 'not delivered because of unable to contact or you have cancelled the order?!' etc when they are short of staff. I think E commerce companies tie up with this courier because of low cost and they are equally to blame for associating with fraud companies like ecom express

I am extremely dissatisfied with Ecom…

I am extremely dissatisfied with Ecom Express’s handling of my lost shipment. After four months of inaction, they requested that I file a First Information Report (FIR) for the lost item—a responsibility I believe should rest with Ecom Express and Shiprocket, as the loss occurred under their custody.

To exacerbate matters, they falsely labeled my brand-new phone as refurbished to deny my claim. At no point was I informed that shipping refurbished phones would void any claims, nor was a definition of ‘refurbished’ provided. It’s perplexing how they determined the phone’s condition after losing the shipment.

This experience suggests a systemic issue within Ecom Express and Shiprocket, where employees, including those in financial and insurance departments, appear to protect the company through dubious practices. Such actions erode trust and indicate a broader scam that customers should be wary of.

Pathetic people and service

Pathetic people and service.
I ordered something from Zara and it has been such a harrowing experience. I get a message everyday on WhatsApp that I was unavailable (I didn’t get a single call) and they ask me to update my location and address. This happens everyday! I really ask all e-commerce companies to boycott this substandard delivery service. I’m also writing a complaint to Zara with proof.

Worst services ever

I ordered product 8 days ago till now they have not delivered they just used to give me a missed call and postponed it to the next date by saying that they were not enable to deliver my order because I was not available in the location which is a lie,whole day I was waiting for the order only.when I will be eagerly waiting for the next date they will repeat the same action.
Which is why this is the worst delivery services ever

Request all of you to pass your experience to your shipper and who are using Ecom express as a vendor.i think Ecom express deserves immediate termination from client empanelment.ecom express -if you don't have capability to deliver courier on time then pls inform upfront to your clients and stop putting fake update on your portal...no customer care number with whom we can share our queries...you are providing very pathetic and unprofessional service

Very very.....worst delivery experience ever. It's been almost ten days even now you're not supposed to deliver our ordered item. Reason you have given is totally unfair...And also you're not attending our phone calls...😖😡

Worst service had to return my order…

Worst service had to return my order ...they didn't deliver and for 3 days they used to text me that tomorrow we'll deliver your parcel and after some time use to receive msg that cant deliver because you cancelled the order..or you didn't accept the order .... you guys should shutdown your business
