No download instructions in the Email
I did get an Email response with the activation code. The problem was they said the Email contained the link on where to download the software. I sent an Email saying that there was no link in their Email on getting to the software. They responded that I needed to download the free trial version. I knew how to do that but have to imagine that some people struggle on how to proceed. They should have provided a complete set of instructions to help people that may have struggled getting the trial version of the software installed.

Initial misgivings were completely unfounded
Despite my initial misgivings, this turned out to be a very easy transaction: these guys do/deliver exactly what it says on the tin. Aschraf was very helpful indeed despite the time differences etc. 5-stars!
