My First 4 Weeks

Just wrapped up my first 4 weeks with EKO; no shortcuts here, just solid coaching, clear guidance, and a push when I need it. It’s not always easy or exciting, but the skills I’m learning are real and transferable. Excited to see where this goes!

Inappropriate. Lies. Scam. Unjustified.

I don’t think being overcharged and being forced not a refund acceptable. Like I said I have all the proof threads of messages, emails and in app messages. Within 16 hours I shared my doubts and asked to be removed from the program. I sent Roslan messages and I contacted Adelina on the support team and no one responded to my requests. It was it’s fine continue with the program and if in any doubt just contact us again. It was avoidance. After a whole month I was finally given an email to contact regarding a refund and I did so immediately. This can all be proven as I have the messages and emails and voice messages and phone call log and everything. I wanted to be removed instantly the next day as I was told and realised it’s not allowed for religious reasonings. I was not removed or told how to do so. After a month I was given an email. I haven’t touched the course at all. I haven’t been contacted by anyone in over 2 months now. Which shows how bad the course is and the support it offers. I was overcharged. Not being contacted for over 2 months just shows that your course is failing me. What sort of course and support even is that. It’s terrible. I can show proof and send screenshots.

Absolute disgrace. Proof can be provided

Joined the program. No rules or guidelines or policies or refunds were mentioned. I was overcharged. Very very very very poor communication and service. I have been on the program for nearly 3 months now. I joined and the very next day changed my mind as I had religious doubts and reasonings. Was rejected a refund. I do not know who the coaches are and I have not been contacted by anyone since start of July. Message me and all can be proven with WhatsApp messages and in app messages and emails. Explained my struggles. I invested all I had into this program. I work 2 jobs just to survive. Haven’t bought a car and walk 7 miles a day and yet they still stole my money. Absolutely broken and hurt. It’s a disgrace.

I'm 4 weeks into the program & here's my honest take:

⚠️ Warning: This is in not a get-rich-quick scheme.
If you think by signing-up you will make you rich in a month or two, this isn't for you.

What EKO does offer is a solid foundation to start your e-commerce journey the right way. You'll get access to structured coaching, guidance & someone to nudge you when you're off track. Ask as many questions as you like & the support is there. But like any real business, this demands initiative, focus & commitment.

You will need to put in the work; it can get repetitive & boring at times but the skills & lesson you gain are transferable & can be applied to any future business you choose to build.

I may drop another review once I've made more progress.

Save your money, this is a scam

I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was so misleading, it feels like a duty to warn others.

This so-called “exclusive, high-level coaching program” turned out to be nothing more than a mass-produced system filled with recycled advice and empty promises. It’s dressed up to look premium, but underneath, it’s just a low-effort money grab.

The course content? extremely basic. No depth, no advanced strategies, no frameworks - just generic information you can find for free on YouTube. If you have a basic background in business or marketing, you’ll learn absolutely nothing new.

One of the high-ticket perks was the “done-for-you” Shopify store - pitched by Seif farghali as a premium, value-packed offer. In reality, it was nothing more than a generic Shopify template setup. No custom work, no optimization, no real value. Something anyone could do in under an hour. It’s misleading at best, and at worst, a clear rip-off deceptively sold as a premium offer.

The coaching itself is where the real disappointment kicks in. 1-on-1 coaching is nearly impossible to book. Coaches are fully booked 2–3 weeks in advance, and when you do get a session, the advice is extremely superficial. “Just keep testing products” that’s the extent of the “strategy.” No personalized plans, no real insight, nothing close to what was promised in the sales pitch.

And speaking of strategy.. they promised clear, actionable strategy calls tailored to your business as part of the onboarding and support process. These never happened. There was no roadmap, no structure, no direction. Just generic, recycled advice with zero connection to your actual goals.

In the two months I’ve been part of this program, there were only 2 or 3 group coaching calls, despite being told they happen weekly. That alone says everything. This is not a structured mentorship program. It’s a volume-based operation designed to sign as many people up as possible, deliver minimal value, and move on to the next sale.

There is nothing premium, exclusive, or strategic about this program. It’s a scalable, rinse-and-repeat system offering “high-ticket” promises but delivering the bare minimum behind the scenes.

They refuse to refund and that alone speaks volumes about the kind of integrity this team has.

I hope you read this before joining. You deserve more than vague advice, delays, and empty promises.

Truly Life-Changing Ecom Experience with Roslan and the EKO Team

I never thought I’d be this confident in e-commerce. Dropshipping wasn’t something I was originally interested in, but thanks to Roslan’s course and the amazing support from the EKO team, I now feel fully prepared to start my journey.

The course is well-structured, easy to follow, and packed with real value. What truly sets this experience apart is the community—genuine, safe, and full of people who support and cheer each other on.

Request for Resolution

Let’s be honest—there was little to no real effort from your end. When we asked questions, responses were often brief, and more often than not, we were simply directed to YouTube videos. Can you honestly deny this?

Regarding the so-called “tailored package,” Roslan only mentioned that I would receive more attention but never followed up. During our 1-on-1 call, Daan answered just two questions before telling me to “finish learning,” promising another call that never happened. This is not the level of support expected from real coaches—coaches who genuinely invest in their students rather than just their payments.

To be clear, I have learned everything I needed from YouTube, not from your program. I no longer require your assistance. However, my concern is not just my own experience but the way you handle situations overall. Others in the group share personal experiences without being removed. Yet, when it comes to sales-related posts—also personal in nature—those remain untouched. Why is it that the only “personal” content allowed is what benefits you?

The core issue is your refusal to acknowledge mistakes. Everyone makes them—it’s part of being human. But rather than taking responsibility, you shift blame, refuse refunds, and mislead people. A real solution would involve actively supporting students who encounter difficulties, rather than dismissing concerns.

At this point, I am not seeking assistance, but given that I paid for this program, I demand to be unblocked. Silencing a paying student for sharing their experience is unreasonable and unprofessional. If a refund is not an option, the least you can do is avoid compounding the issue by blocking me for voicing my concerns. A more professional approach would have been to address the matter constructively rather than shutting me out.

I expect a resolution

Okay this is will be my last review to you, because obviously Im not going to have my money back and of course not going back to the course after saying my opinion RESPECTFULLY and I bet you can prove otherwise.
So regarding the REFUND I’ve told you in the previous replies that I have asked for the refund in the first week after joining the course and I have proof that at that time I have used only like 10% or 15% of the course, NOT ALL OF IT.
So it’s not true and MISLEAD when you say that it’s disrespectful to ask for a refund after using all the course, because you know 100% that I haven’t used all the course when I asked for the refund, but don’t worry that $1000 will not make you rich or make me poor, but at the end of the day I know for fact that is not yours and I know that I have been saying the truth and ONLY the truth so one day believe me I will get it back from you and what you’re doing now from misleading people and not saying the truth and blocking me because I said the truth that is exactly what tyrants do and you know what happens at the end to people like that.

Honestly I love you guys

Honestly I love you guys . Huge thanks to the whole ekom team. From Roslan the ceo of the EKO to the coaches Adelina , Daan and Hamza. You guys are amazing. I tried many different Ecom courses but this one is unbelievable. If you stick to the plan , follow the advices of the coaches you will definitely succeed. great experience

Ecom was really not something I was "intersted" in, and now I can say I am well prepared. I learnt a lot thank to EKO team and courses. They make the learning journey easy and are really available at any time to help. Also, the synergy within the EKO Community is genuine and safe, good people helping each other and cheering for each other as well.

The only coaching you need to build up your business .

It is a great community . The support you get from the coaches and even from Roslan is amazing . I recommend EKO to everyone. I can tell you guys this because I experienced other coachings and non of them had this support that EKO have . Just more than happy . You can call up the coaches whenever you want and they help you as quick as possible. Thanks to everyone and let’s go and knock the destination out . Love you guys . !
