Very quick and efficient service from the sales team to the surveyor and then within 4 weeks of the surveyor came I now have a very nice product at a very fair price.
I shall definitely recommend Ecoreflect. For great quality and service.

Do not waste your time with these guys. They’re absolutely unprofessional. Make use of high-pressure sales tactics to get you to sign and pay a deposit. Then completely ghost you.

Their phone number is an off-site call centre that always gives you the same message “Unfortunately no one is available from the team right now”. That’s because there’s no one in the team. No way to reach anyone else.

Very pushy sales tactics, was in my house over 2 hours.

7 day cancellation period, but DON'T respond to the emails or calls. Have called twice to request a call back... nothing.

No return of funds as of yet but will be initiating small claims court at the end of the week as well as contacting ombudsman and any accredited bodies like FENSA, to make them aware of the experience.

The windows themselves look great. Would recommend EcoReflect to fit windows.
Tough sales tactics - definitely do your research beforehand so you know what you are happy to pay.
The fitters could have been tidier! Left lots of debris in the rooms where windows were changed. Scaffolding was not on site when they arrived, due to miscommunications between them and the factory. Was sorted quickly though to allow fitting to go ahead.

Extremely unprofessional, have paid half of the money so far to get windows and doors and 12 weeks later they don't pick up the phone to let me know when they will arrive to fit them on or anything. When I call to say to finish up any payments, they are quick on finding someone to call me back and get the payments. All I want is my windows to arrive, considering the amount of money I have paid for them so far.
