This is an Indian tech support scammer

This is an Indian tech support scammer! I found this number on a fake popup on the internet, claiming my PC is infected with viruses and their agents need to guide me through the removal process. Turns out it's all fake and SCAM!

I understand that you are from the same team who called our business multiple times asking for money in order to run our business and when we denied making payments to you and your associates you guys started writing negative reviews and posts. Rest assured a complaint has been filed against and will be taken care. Also you do not have any purchase with us.

Having contacted Microsoft Australia in SA, I found the operative very helpful and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to direct me to a technical person who was also extremely knowledgeable and who managed to provide me with exactly what I needed, even though my computer was of an age.
