Never delivered, contacted company many times and all they said was the order was in Transit....lies...always...Do not buy!!
I asked for refund....and no surprise...they never replied!!

This tri fold mattress is so handy to have for when you have company come to visit. It folds up to near compact size for easy storage when not in use. When fully extended it is the same king size as a single sized bed. The mat is made of high density foam. Very soft and comfortable. Give lots of support. This can be used for not only sleeping but, yoga and other exercises that require you to get on the floor. Also works get for kids

I ordered what I thought was a 10cm bamboo filled bamboo covered fabric queen size mattress topper.
Ordered on 7 October .. website says despatched within 24 hours of order.
Friday 10 October I hadn’t received any notifications so I rang the number and left a message. I also emailed twice .. I looked up their track my order on their website which indicated my order number hadn’t been found.
I looked up their Instagram account, no posts but found a bad review so I began to worry. I did send DM saying I thought it was all a scam and got a reply that it was not and what was the issue.
I did have two email responses indicating they were despatching my goods.
I received the goods this morning but .. the topper was airsucked in a plastic bag, no copy of invoice except a thank you card with no email, address nor contact offering 25% off my next purchase.
Upon unpacking I noticed the poor quality of the fabric and the filling .. there were three labels, one just said mattress in blue, the other said eco, the third said fabric bamboo with some washing instructions.
On their website they promote OEKO TEX, Hypoallergenic and certified organic bamboo. None of these labels were attached nor was there any indication of where it was made.
I’ve sent a DM to Zac at Eco toppers asking for this information and why it has been omitted from the product, but I won’t hold my breath.
I’m not going to bother to try to return it even though they state 90 day guarantee, after reading other reviews trying to get a refund. I’ll donate it to a second hand shop.
The product was not as advertised on their elaborate website. So no, I don’t recommend anyone buying from this company.
And I’d be interested to see what OEKO TEX will say when I notify them that Eco Toppers promotes their label when they obviously don’t have the authority to do so.

Never received my orders. There are no phone numbers to contact or follow up with. They stated on their website that they use Australia Post, but instead, they use the untrustworthy logistics company Parcel Freight Logistics (PFL). Need to be reported to the regulatory agencies for misleading conduct.

If I could give a minus score I would. The 10cm topper I received was nowhere near that depth and had a really cheap polyester cover. My hip
pain became worse and I was overheating each night. The company ignored all attempts to contact them. Such a scam.

I ordered the 10 cm bamboo mattress topper and it was absolutely nothing like the photos on their website and social media. The cover felt very synthetic and there was hardly any filling - nowhere near 10 cm. It offered zero support and was a truly pathetic product. I contacted Ecotoppers multiple times to arrange a return and refund. After much back and forth they started to reply to my emails (they never responded to my phone messages). They didn't want me to return the topper. Their preference was that I keep it and they would refund me 'any profit they made on it'. Bizarre. They clearly understand how worthless their own product is. I insisted on returning it and they refunded me but I paid for postage. I figured it was best to cut my losses and never, ever have to deal with this 'company' again. 100% terrible experience from start to finish.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The material quality is very poor – the so-called bamboo part is minimal compared to the large amount of polyester. Their money-back guarantee is a scam: no one ever replied to my emails or chat messages. They only have a slick website designed to fool you.

I should have visited this page before buying from Ecotoppers. Currently they are advertising extensively on social media and direct potential customers to a slick website. Kicking myself I didn't see the red flags at the checkout, including dodgy discount offers at Myers and ancestry.com as well as paypal directing my payment to WATTON INVESTMENTS. Further look at the website and the reviews are from people who don't exist with photos randomly found online. The idea of this site is to extract as much money from you before you realise it is a scam. Even a follow up email urging me to add more items to my order.

Supposedly my ecotopper was delivered last Friday. I was home all day and nothing arrived. Contact ecotopper via email , after a week still no response. I am a pensioner and I can’t afford to waste $150 on nothing. Avoid ecotoppers!

Fraudulent company. Won’t let you return when they send you the wrong item. WARNING

Still trying to get a refund from our cancelled order.
Cancellation was acknowledged a few days later but now no response.

What a ripoff what I ordered and what was sent completely different it is so bad we could not use it

⚠️ Do not buy from Ecotoppers (ecotoppers.com.au). They are a complete scam.

Their website looks normal and professional, but it’s all lies. I placed an order that never arrived. Their site claims they offer “24/7 customer service, 7 days a week,” but that is completely false. I emailed them multiple times at three different email addresses and never received a real reply only an automatic message saying they’re a “family business” and only check emails once a day.

After lodging a case with PayPal, they finally sent me something but it was not what I ordered. Instead of the 10cm White Queen mattress topper advertised, I received a cheap, poorly made Chinese product that looked nothing like the photos on their site. It seems they only shipped it to try and close the PayPal case.

On top of that, their listed business address is in a small country town in Victoria, yet the parcel I received was sent from Sydney. Even more concerning, their PayPal business account isn’t linked to Ecotoppers at all. it’s just a random Gmail address.

To this day, I’ve had no response to any of my emails. Their “customer service” simply does not exist.

Stay away from Ecotoppers (ecotoppers.com.au). Don’t waste your money.

Never shop here. I ordered over $1000 worth of items. I received Absolutely disgusting service. Errors with items ordered, items not received, continued emails with no response, repeatedly asked to send tracking and information which they already have. They never answer there phone, but will reply with texts. False advertising items.

⚠️ CONSUMER ALERT – “Eco Topper” Mattress Topper Scam

Do NOT purchase from Eco Topper.
• I ordered in July 2025 to be delivered to Crows Nest, NSW - only after enquiring why it hadn’t arrived - they sent a fake tracking number for a parcel “delivered” to Melbourne in December 2024.
• The product received looked nothing like the advertised photos.
• They have ignored all return/refund requests and refused to honour their advertised returns policy.
• Numerous other customers have reported similar experiences.

How they operate:
• Slick, professional-looking website to build trust.
• Fabricated tracking details.
• Stonewalling or no response after purchase.

If you’ve been affected, contact your bank immediately to initiate a chargeback and report them to the ACCC.
Don’t let them get away with it.

Scam. Chinese owned sends fake items nothing like advertising wont refund or return items.

I asked to cancel my order but they ship anyway and ignore my request so that they get to charge me without being able to cancel my order. I send multiple inquiry but received no feedback. Pls do not trust what is stated in their website. Terrible experience!

I bought the 10cm bamboo mattress topper, it's cheaply made, not 10cm and it has no support for my back. It has a 90 day trial so I emailed them and the email bounced back to me saying address not found. Found another email address but no response. I have rung numerous times, have to leave a message as it goes straight to voicemail, no reply. I've even filled out an online enquiry form, with no reply. How can you initiate a return if they won't respond to any communication. Their website states they're always there to help, satisfaction guaranteed, what a joke. Scammers

Eco Topper…..
After ordering a queen size Eco Topper, I got a single. The wrong address was put on my order. The advert says 5 cm deep topper…It’s not even 1 cm high and it’s synthetic not bamboo.
Extremely disappointing
