We installed four EcoVolt electric radiators in 2022. As of now, only two are functioning, which is extremely disappointing given how new the system is.

When we contacted EcoVolt about repairs, we were quoted a call-out fee of €185 + VAT, plus parts, just to assess the issue. At that price point, for products that have failed so quickly, the after-sales support feels unreasonable and dismissive.

The overall impression is that EcoVolt does not care about customers once the sale is made, particularly those based in rural areas. There was no sense of goodwill, accountability, or interest in standing over their product.

Based on our experience with both the reliability of the radiators and the after-sales service, I would not recommend EcoVolt.

We purchased 4 ecovolt mechanical air vents in 2022 when we renovated our home. After many issues within the first year after installation all 4 units have now ceased to function. This is unacceptable for products of this type and age. Ecovolt no longer supply this product and refuse to refund us as it was installed by a third party. I would strongly advise any one considering buying a product from this company to think again as they're customer care was unsatisfactory, negligent and misleading as they tried to convince me to send all units at my own expense to Dublin when they were fully aware they were unable to repair them as I had already sent them the first unit which failed.

First and foremost I got these radiators last year so happy with them had a little problem with one of them rang Paul and Micheal both were very very very helpful in every way it could possible. They put in a new. Circuit board, I couldn’t be happier and I want to thank Paul and Micheal for all the help and patience they gave me over the last few few weeks thank you Paul thank you Micheal no charge was still under warranty that was even better again

1 of 7 radiators I have (most of them in use since 2015) broke down, and it was promptly repaired - the team actually overhauled it rather than just fixing the broken bit. The radiator was quickly returned, but unfortunately after a few days it broke down again. That said, the team picked it up & repaired free of charge in a prompt manner so overall 5 stars - if the replaced components don't outlive its predecessors I'll update this review accordingly.

I’m beyond thrilled with the EcoVolt radiators. I’ve 4 of them throughout the house and they keep it toasty. They are so easy to use and the remote programming is so user friendly and practical. Steve was so patient and went through the programming and options on how to use them. They are easy to use manually and remotely and really warm up the house quickly and efficiently. Massively saving on heating costs. Well done EcoVolt team. I cannot recommend them enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently had Ecovolt radiators installed in my house. Electrician found them very easy and straightforward to install. The Tuya app is very handy to control the radiators throughout the house. Any setting up issues were easily resolved by the videos on their website so really makes them foolproof. Very happy so far.

Few months ago I purchased the Ecovolt radiator. The best part about the radiators are that you can control them with your phone via the Tuya app. The radiators can be controlled remotely from anywhere as per your comfort. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy the radiators as it has made my life much easier, especially during the winters. The staff really maintains a professionalism in their conduct.

Ecovolt’s radiators are by far the best investment I’ve made this winter. They’re stylish, efficient, and warm up my space faster than my old heaters. I got the older version in 2018 and now installed the latest version in our new home. I am blown away with how easy they are to use with the Tuya app. Love them

Ecovolt product malfunction.
Reported to retailer who in fairness did what he could to help us but to no avail its an Ecovolt issue.Tried to get help through Ecovolt service dept and procedure but it appears they just don't do aftercare.If you value your sanity just don't go there.The concept of the products is actually good but when the gremlins take hold the company are just not interested in any form of aftercare they just want to farm out their responsibility to 3rd parties.Theyd really need to re evaluate their business model as regards customer service model . I would entertain their products going fwd but just couldn't at their current level of service or dare I say lack of I'd give it a minus star if it could be applied.

Our Inverter has become faulty due to incorrect installation our warranty 0n the equipment is now void Ecovolt have been informed but to date no action our only way forward is to take Legal action or.maybe a mention t

The rads never work properly. The app is a joke - I've had two computer people come to try and make it work - nothing. Zero customer service. I tried to get help from Ecovolt but was rudely told that it was basically my fault. My bills have gone through the roof. I had two rads installed and have already gotten rid of one and the other will be replaced next week. Complete and utter waste of money. We wanted to support Irish but please don't try with this disgrace of a company.

Would not recommend. No customer service. No phone number to call. Green light is supposed to mean no power being used according to the manual. How is the light green and it be banging out heat for hours? I trusted that and our bill trippled so i am scared to even switch it on anymore. App is crap and poorly explained.. not optimised for device whatsoever. Nothing in the app works bar switching it on.. three options auto eco and manual.. no explaination what those functions mean. Good luck switching it off atomatically or without switching it off at the wall. The one button with a million functions. Less is not always more. They are great at selling these items but with terrible/ non existsnt customer service or follow up. Pointless.. overpriced and underdelivers. Avoid if you can find and alternative with decent customer service. Check that out before you buy. Ecovolt needs to do better

I bought this brand because it claimed to be easy to use. It’s not! App is a disaster, rads never connect to WiFi. Only can be used manually, one button, 100 functions, ridiculous! Also electric bill doubles!
