Extremely disappointed. My EV charger installation on 24 March 2026 was left half-finished. The technician just walked away and I’ve paid the full amount. No one has responded to my inquiries since then. Terrible after-sales service! Please contact me immediately.

I inadvertently ordered two EV chargers after receiving an email telling me that there were still goods in my basket. I received only one order acknowledgement and one despatch note.

When I rang to sort things out, the phone was quickly answered by Adam, a real human being. Although the system showed that I’d placed two orders, suggesting that the error was mine, Adam was extremely efficient and friendly. He emailed me a prepaid returns label within minutes of the phone call, and I’m confident that I’ll get the refund shortly.

Adam assured me that he’d take into account my feedback about erroneous reminder emails. He also promised to act regarding my comment that DPD had thrown both chargers over a six-foot gate and not left a card saying they’d done so. Fortunately, the charger was so well-packed in cardboard that it was undamaged.

It’s a rare pleasure to receive such excellent customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service with customer satisfaction #1 priority. Having given Ecowizard a couple of trial orders as of today they will be my one and only go to EV charging point and accessories provider. Fantastic delivery and above and beyond communication.

Bought a thermostat for my boiler but accidently ordered the wrong one. Customer service was excellent. Quick to reply and issue an exchange. Prices were also very reasonable. Will be using them for future purchases.

Ordered a heating control didn't work with my other switch sent it back Friday on Tuesday I had my refund thank you would recommend thank you

I bought an EV charger from Eco Wizard last December with no prior experience of the company. I saw the offer on social media and was surprised by the free installation.
The charger was delivered within 3 days, and installation was completed in under 10 days by a registered installer. All certificates and required documents were provided.
Excellent service from start to finish. I would happily recommend Eco Wizard.

Before buying a panel heater I contacted Eco Wizard to ask if it was suitable for fixing directly to a ceiling and as told it was. On arrival it clearly cannot be securely fixed to the ceiling. When I asked again Eco Wizard checked with the supplier who suggested it could be fixed using the supplied screws. It cannot.
I had to buy anchor bolts and nuts to ensure it could be fixed without risk of it falling down and causing injury.
I could have returned the item at Eco Wizard's expense but it has ignored by requests to contribute to my additional expenditure.
This heater is only suitable for wall fixing and even then it will be difficult to align the fixings. There's no supplied template!
Really poor service and product.

Update:
Whether prompted by this feedback or not, Eco-Wizard has now got in touch and refunded me the cost of the extra fixings. If it had replied to my earlier emails, it would have received a better review!

Go away very bad services selling faulty EV Wall charger and no return stay away do not trust.

Excellent pre and post sales support, quick despatch. Product was TYBOX 157 for Fischer heater. Malcolm in support was great.

Ordered a Salus RT510 Programmable Room Thermostat on Wednesday afternoon 23rd April. Received the item on the Friday by DPD carrier. So really fast delivery. Very pleased as this item was to replace a broken Thermostat in a rental property. Phoned Eco Wizard to confirm the carrier being used.
Would definitely recommend Eco Wizard.

These guys are legend. I needed a very quick installation of an EV charger and nobody could squeeze it in before 1-2 months. I called literally 10s of companies and nobody could provide the service. These folks however were super fast and immediately responded to the request. The produce and customer service was spotless and the installation was very well done and quickly. Much recommended

I ordered a honeywell thermostat from Eco wizard but it was same model number but different part so I rang them and they were very easy to talk to and understanding. They sent the correct part immediately and refunding first purchase. Really easy to contact and knowledgeable. Thanks.

I wasn’t sure about this company as not heard of it and their price was a lot less (sale price) than others. However, my queries were answered very efficiently and my product arrived quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate using this company again

I was very dubious of EcoWizard due to trust pilot score and best price on internet. However, on the 2 occasions i called to check stock availability the phone was answered within 3 rings. Excellent customer service was received. Paypal accepted; Bluetti AC180p received in less than 24hrs. Pleasently suprised as i was told expect 3-7 days. Must be a Bluetti approved dealer as Bluetti cust service applied loyalty bucks to my account for purchase from other direct sale channels. Thanks EcoWizard. Very happy.
