If there was a way to give them a fat ZERO - I would have.
Here is my history with them and their products:
1. installed top of the line super efficient boiler about 10 years ago including along with an indirect water heater.
2. About 7 years later, I started getting high pressure casing release valve to engage once in a while. $1000 it became clear that a leak in water heater was causing water to circle back into the system - had to replace water heater
3. A few months later - boiler started leaking. Had to replace it too. Both units replaced only after 7 years in service!
4. Call me stupid - but I installed two new Utica units. This time I was told that I got myself a Maserati of boilers ($5,000 for boiler).
5. Two years in service, here is my history with it:
a. had to replace a sensor - $200. It was causing boiler to stop working
b. blower needs to be replaced - makes high pitch noise - estimate - $600
Stay away from them!!!!
