Susan did a fantastic job of facilitating each meeting

Great Meeting and Jen S. and Charlie (our hallway manager) were the best to work with. Any requests we had were answered quickly and completely.

Susan was fantastic! She was very friendly and always on top of making sure every meeting and people knew where to go.

Charlie has been great this week. His communication is top notch. During a meeting, a customer was looking for a refreshment and Charlie overheard. As we finished our meeting, Charlie had their request waiting on them as they walked out the door.

Susan Buice was amazing, she took great care of us going above and beyond making sure we didn’t need anything like coffee, water you name it she would get what we needed!

The property was amazing. Our room was perfect I think the buyers had a bit of trouble finding certain areas but with the help of Susan she made it better!

ECRM has always been a pleasure to attend! As a Manufacturer, it's a wonderful opportunity to get face-to-face time with appropriate Buyers in the industry, to network within the industry, and to scale up our business through 1-on-1 scheduled appts!

Hotel was rough. Needs a lot of work. night time event was great. Staff did a great job. some of the meetings were not what they were last year.

I really enjoy working the people that run ECRM meetings. Caroline is fantastic and her quick follow up is incredible. Always there when you need her. I’ve enjoyed working with her these past several years.
