I ordered glasses with lenses with a blue light blocking filter, but I received normal anti-reflection lenses without the blue filter. They admited to have messed up my order, but refuse to refund the price of the lenses or even the difference! Very unprofessional. They want to me to return the glasses and make me wait weeks without them so they can "analyze" the case and send me the correct order. However, right now I cannot do that, I will be out of my country, but they do not care!

Slechte ervaring. Dit is geen betrouwbaar bedrijf. Al met de betaling ging het mis, wel afgeschreven maar niets ontvangen volgens de website. Contact kun je niet krijgen, geen reactie ontvangen op emails naar zowel duitsland als nederland. En aan de telefoon spelen ze een bandje af. Ik was erg blij dat ik had betaald met pay pal.

Ordered Lacoste sunglases at Edel optics. They did arrive quite quick but the casing that came with them was not big enough. Being squeezed they become totaly crooked in a day or two. Wondering if they were even original... After complaining about this I received no answer. Never again, look out for cheep products in their store...

Great and quick service, very good prices! I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. The parcel arrived after three days through UPS. Since the lenses had a lot of glare in direct sunlight, I decided to return the glasses. To get a return label you must first write a cancellation email to them. The return procedure is not that clearly explained on their website - you must read through their Terms and Conditions in order to get information regarding the returns (hence 4 stars in the review). Returns are free of charge and take place through UPS. The return label has a UPS tracking number. The glasses were delivered back in two days. On the next morning I received an email confirming the return and a refund on my credit-card through my PayPal account. While waiting for the refund I ordered a new pair of a different model and it also arrived in three days. I will definitely use their service again!
