Very honest advice from Dr in the…
Very honest advice from Dr in the Carlow clinic. Went in asking for one thing and she explained why it wasn’t necessary and potentially could make me look worse. Very pleased with the honesty .

Very welcoming environment
Very welcoming environment, Clinic is always clean and cosy. Doctor took time to listen to me and really feel I got a tailored treatment. Great value for money and never an issue to get back for a review. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Eden Medical Cork has declined…
Eden Medical Cork has declined significantly in recent years. Conveyor belt style service now with very obvious less product in use and pushy upselling. Botox doesn’t work anymore and/or fades. Its clear from the procedure they are skimping on product and pretending they are giving a more expensive strong dose with a “senior” person.

Botox
Hey, so I had my boxtox done 6.5 weeks ago. I had 3 areas it’s my first experience for Eden and I would never return. I have really good skin and look younger than my age without botox. I’m only 30 and iv had botox twice before in a different place. Absolutely loved it I only needed it done once every 14months. So I tried Eden because of their special offer to get new customers in. I had movement in my forehead four weeks after Botox I got in contact with Eden and I was told I needed to email them a photo of my forehead and a doctor would look at it and see if I needed to be seen never responded to me. 6.5 weeks later and I have at least 60% movement in my forehead. The quality of their Botox that they are injecting is very low. My previous doctor from another clinic literally said to me I only need my Botox done once a year tell me how my Botox has worn at least 60% off in 6.5 weeks no response from them and when I called the lady I got tried to tell me it was because of XYNZ and that you need Botox every three months for starters the doctor even said in Eden clinic I have such good skin. When was the last time I got Botox and I told her 1.5 years ago and she couldn’t believe it I will definitely never be returning under special offers is only to get people in the door, they will never keep customers this way probably elderly or people that don’t know much about procedures.

Double vision stay clear
This clinic administered my botox incorrectly and gave me double vision.
I could not drive or take care of my newborn child safely for months.The clinic refused even a basic refund without me signing a letter to say I wouldn't tell anyone about what happened to me. The eye doctor in Waterford hospital confirmed my double vision waa from the incorrectly given botox from Eden medical Waterford. Never even an apology from the so called doctor who administered it to me. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Great experience
I went to Eden Medical in Mullingar clinic for my first time to get AWI with Dr Aoife two weeks ago . She put me at so much ease and explained everything perfectly. Never felt a thing while she done the injections . I was back today for my review and just needed a little top up also which was no problem at all. She is amazing at what she does and i would have no hesitation to go back to her for anything I need done . Thank you so much Eden Medical and especially Dr Aoife for making my experience so much more comfortable and calming my nerves

Lack of accountability
My daughter attended the clinic in May and was very unhappy with the treatments she received. Her consultation was with one doctor and her treatment with another. The doctor doing the treatment didnt even ask what she wanted she just went ahead without any conversation with her. Even when she complained they brushed her off saying there is nothing wrong to this day she is still unhappy. We went somewhere else to fix what these doctors did and she went through pain and spent more money to resolve it . Not good enough.

Botox gone wrong
Dr Mildred did my Botox , gave me droopy eyes and offered no fix just said come back when it wears off ! Just opps this can happen. I won’t be going back.
