Absolutely remarkable hotel, food amazing, staff ever so friendly and helpful even the maids are old school.
Special shout out to Elena at customer relations who was extremely accommodating in securing our restaurant reservations.
Also can't forget the man like Nickos at the 800 club, a very unassuming man and a memory like a computer

Very good value - nice view! close to city

Went with my sister, and we really had a great experience and found this to be great value for money. We had a superior room, view sea view - highly recommended.

Exceptional staff, very friendly and food was incredible definitely worth the money

First of all we paid a $1000+ for one night, upon arrival we had to wait in the valet line for about 7 minutes. Horrible valet service, I’m guessing since Nobu and Eden Roc are together, they don’t really know what they are doing. Seems like it was only two valet attendants working. Once me and my husband walked in and checked in, we were informed that the room wasn’t ready, by now it’s 3:15. So my husband asked hoe long will it take, the receptionist didn’t know. So upon waiting they didn’t inform us where the waiting area was or anything. Once we found a seat, we see the valet had our luggage just sitting on the side of the walkway, no tags on the bags or anything. We had to find a manager to accommodate us. Which they didn’t. And it just so happens no rooms are available until 4:00, which is crazy due to the fact that housekeeping has from 12-4 to clean the rooms. This is HORRIBLE service. I have been to Nobu California before and it has way better services. The one in Miami gives Nobu a very bad name I will never be staying here again due to the horrible service.

Although they have renovation work going on at the moment it really wasn't a problem the hotel staff especially Nigel and Joseph on the concierge desk were brilliant so helpful and nothing was a problem to them. Hotel amenities and grounds were fantastic with superb swimming areas when the work has finished it will look amazing, loved having the beach so close

Great facilities and food is amazing however poor service and the bell boys feel like they are begging for tips.
