I have been using Edge for many years…
I have been using Edge for many years now and they are top draw for what they do, I would totally 100% recommend them to anyone looking for the products they do. Also they do a lot of work in the community, Helping OAPs like Dave and Ian keep working and now taking schoolboys like Jordan for his work experience. He could of changed out of his school uniform and grey shorts though. Well done Edge. Keep up the good work.

The guys at edge were extremely professional from the warehouse staff to the sales office .
As soon as your order was taken the service was the absolute first class - on time delivery-first class products .
Ross was my first port of call when it came to ordering the products edge had on offer which was smooth and very professional and he then passed it over to Amos in sales which was just as smooth and professional.
Great company great people 100% I would recommend them to everybody I do business with .

I liked the fact that delivery was quick however nothing can be fitted without the vent strip and internal corner /flash profile which were paid for but no mention of when these will be arriving !!!!

Once again let down
Once again let down. Ordered a product but wasn’t what i wanted even though i sent in pictures of the items required. And now i have to pay for the mistake. Never again. I’ve used this company since they started and has let me down again it’s a shame as had a good relationship with all the team but counts for nothing it appears.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your recent experience. After reviewing the full email chain and speaking with the team, I can see that every effort was made to assist - including sending a photo of the item for your approval, sourcing a replacement item and arranging redelivery FOC. As the goods were bespoke, we were unable to offer a refund, but a discount on another order was offered as a gesture of goodwill.

What makes me come back and back is the staff they are not only friendly but they bend over backwards to help had a really tricky bay to day and they spent a lot of time checking it and sending me drawings of how it will work fantastic
