Horrible experience
First of all, they did not put any extra things that I ordered and also paid, second instead of putting chocolates they put bars and lastely, I paid for a priority shipment and they delivered at night and leave it outside of the street.

All your extras were added inside the bloom box, the bars were free on top of the extras you had already added, not instead :)
I have checked on your delivery and the courier tried to deliver the parcel 3 times, once at 10.08, again 10 minutes later, and finally at 14.56, when they could still not find anyone home. The parcel was left inside the building, outside the flat door.

this order was requested for my 17 year old granddaughter 's debut at The London Paladium with Joy Division and the Manchester Camerata... a one off occasion... she did not receive it!!!!.. it was delivered to the wrong addressd at 8.30am...on the Sunday morning.. not sure any theatre is open at that time . to say the least..however the response from Edible Floers was positive and I am happy with the actions of their staff to retrieve my experience is to be commended..... after all it was the timing of delivery that was the problem not the order...

I'm sorry the parcel didn't arrive when you expected :(
The Saturday delivery you selected is an all day delivery, but on the day of delivery they send a notification to the email & mobile number provided giving a delivery time window, at which point further instructions can be added if the recipient won't be in or the premises closed. As there no instructions the courier left it at a nearby business with an image and location via their tracking.
Sadly we are not able to influence or alter the delivery time set by the courier, and all notifications go directly to the customer so we were not aware of the issues until you contacted us, but I completely understand your disappointment, which is why we not only provided a full refund, but also a voucher.
I'm glad that we could at least provide you with good service after the courier mishap :(

Exceptional Service
Delivery was on time, my sister loved the Libra birthday gift hampers. However, the slipper is way to big - it's size 44-46 for a female size and it came with black color. Maybe the company should consider giving options of color and size before proceeding the order. But otherwise, everything else is great.

I placed a order and wrote a note for…leave on door step.
I placed a order and wrote a note for instructions to leave on door step if there is no answer. As the property is not in public view. However the driver didn't follow instructions which I understand his concerns. But when I phoned the company and explained everything, I asked if it could be re- delivered the next day. To my surprise refused. So cancelled the whole order. My friends birthday surprise didn't happen. Disappointing.

Drivers are not allowed to leave parcels unattended unless you request it via their tracking site so they have express permission on record. I have checked on your order, and it looks like the driver then delivered to the local collection point, which is why they probably refused to redeliver, as once marked at delivered to the shop they are unable to retrieve it, and therefore to redeliver, but I can understand how thar would have been disappointing :(
