I had a wonderful experience it was a pleasure going through all of the online photos and I had read some reviews, but decided that I really wanted to try them even though some were good & some were not so great
I am extremely happy, it was for a 60th wedding anniversary and I chose a bouquet of chocolate flowers, a box with red wine and cheese with biscuits and a box for white chocolate coated strawberries, it was absolutely gorgeous and I got sent photos of both of mum & dad in shock as they had never seen anything like it before, and I really wanted this one to be special gift so thank you
I received photos immediately with the words "we are without speech" 😂😂

Huge disappointment when Easter gift delivered 2 days after Easter, despite five days notice and several panicky emails. Do not believe their website when it advertises same day delivery!

Really disappointed with my customer service. I ordered a chocolate bouquet to be sent the next day. Delivery was delayed over the weekend and I had no notification of the delay and the chocolate was stored at the courier companies depo in this heat for two days. When I contacted customer service with my concern about the delay they said that I should have paid extra for express delivery but the website stated delivery on the 28th which was the next day.
They also said the package was stored with an ice pack so it should be ok but how would that suffice for two extra days storage at the Depo.

Delivery wasn't on time. I would recommend a different company if you want your deliveries before 4pm. Customer service communication was terrible, they'd promise one thing and then set up another.
I had to deliver the box to my friends house at 9:30pm at night in the rain due to this. Really unhappy.

I wish I’d looked here before ordering! Would give 0 stars if I could!

It’s my little sisters birthday today and she’s in Australia all by herself. It’s her first ever birthday away from friends and family. (We’re in the uk)

I placed my order 11 days ago, and selected 27th as my delivery date. The order only got dispatched yesterday and won’t arrive until at least 3 days after her birthday.

So she’s going to cry all over again. Eating, by then probably stale birthday cake, after getting nothing from her sister on her birthday.

I am beyond furious and if edible blooms don’t refund me I’ll be making a charge back claim through my bank.

Do not use this company!

I love the big selection of gift hampers, chocolate bouquets and chocolate dipped strawberries. I have used Edible Blooms many times and they are always promptly delivered on time and beautifully presented - even saving me last minute for same day delivery!

Whilst gift bundles are nice, customer service is poor and delivery is terrible. Overall service has gone down hill over the years.

Excellent experienced! Ordered online to be delivered for Valentine’s Day. I ordered a Milk Chocolate Dessert Box with sparkling wine. It was delivered before lunchtime, I got an alert to tell me the courier had it on board, I was able to track the delivery and I got an alert letting me know it had been delivered. My husband absolutely loved it. 5 Star for communication, quality and value. Great service would definitely use again.

Disgusting behaviour send cheap bottle of bubbly instead of the champagne after charging an extortionate amount of money This was for my daughter s engagement and I am utterly upset and dissatisfied with this service Do Not Use this company!

Do not use this company!!!!! I received, the next day, a cheerful email advising me that my $NZ100 order had been disposed of...I assume by greedy little employees, though am willing to be corrected...because I inadvertently wrote 57 instead of 51 as the house number on the address. They had my email, they could tell me that they couldn't deliver, on the FOLLOWING day...so why didn't they do that THE SAME DAY SO THE DELIVERY COULD BE MADE? I feel sick that my grandchildren were deprived of their treats, the company "disposed of" my goods - yeah, right- and I am a month's power bill down the tubes, as a pensioner with not much money to spend. NOT EVERYONE HAS A MOBILE!!!!!! Never again.

Spent a fair amount of money on the Sparkling “Birthday” Gift Hamper for my partners special day. Upon opening I quickly realised they hadn’t even packed the cake in the box, just completely forgot it. Since the box didn’t arrive until 6:40pm we spent my partners birthday evening with candles but no cake. So much for a “birthday” gift hamper.

Contacted support and they offered a $25 gift voucher and when I requested a refund to the purchasing card because I wouldn’t use them again they only refunded $9.50, supposedly for the cake. Never mind the complete inconvenience it caused leaving out a key item from a birthday hamper and picking up a new cake the next day.

Do not recommend, there are plenty of better gift hamper companies out there.

Appalling. A complete rip-off. Having accepted payment, they then said they couldn’t deliver the chosen item. Didn’t offer refund, didn’t consult on change, just took the money ($89) and delivered about $15 worth of merchandise some of which had melted - I’ll never use them again.

Would never use again or recommend. Paid for same day delivery well before their cutoff time. Bouquets never arrived two very let down little girls. Missed their celebration day (extremely embarrassing as it looks like I forgot their special day). I’ve had no response from the business after emails. I then called and they were not helpful at all or offer a refund on same day delivery. Worst experience.

Horrid experience. The wedding anniversary gift for my wife was delivered over two hours late, although I have placed my order two days in advance and paid an extra for “same day and guaranteed date” delivery.

I have specifically requested white chocolate strawberries only and they delivered milk chocolate ones. Since they were not protected by an ice pack, unlike the donuts, and delivered late, they were half melted by the time my wife and I got to try them.

The donuts were old and stale, as if they were made days before my order. Instead of apologising for the multiple mistakes and inconveniences. They had the courage to make statements like “If the gifts aren’t going to be eaten right away, we recommend putting them in the fridge”. Both Paige and Lara from the customer service have been rude and extremely unhelpful.

They refused to issue a refund and insisted to receive photos of the melted strawberries to “assist me further”. A real nightmare experience. I strongly recommend avoiding Edible Blooms as they greedy and most importantly unreliable. Don’t trust them and don’t choose them if you want the best experience for your loved ones.
