Terrible, basic and glitches using up my word allowance
Dont think it does much more than free sites. I signed up as people on other sites said it was great, it isnt really its quite basic. I took out the pro as the novel I wanted to check through is 80k words. There are options of what you want it to do, so I chose a grammar check and asked it to do a tightening check. I expected that it would do the options all in one. It doesnt it does it separately to use up your word tally. There are 6 things you can ask it to do, you dont do all of those with a novel it doesnt allow it in a month. I then asked it to read though and suggest where I can add a few more words without spoiling the pace. It did it and showed me some highlighted areas, however it wouldnt scroll up so I couldnt see them, I clicked the mouse and it all disppeared, so I pressed to do it again and the same happened again......and it counted those as resubmitting a 80k work manuscript and used all my credits up in less than an hour. I was under the impression that the 400,000 words meant i could upload a number of manuscripts, not each of the options you ask it to check it uses up the full word count each time. Its a rip off, now I cant finish the document, and all the credits used up in one day, so ive paid for a month and got an hours worth of usage. Two of those are being it wouldnt let me view what it had done and I clicked and it took the words off me again. Its very basic, not worth it in my opinion. Free things do just as much. Got the same from free grammerly.
