Me and my sister both recently had zirconian crowns fitted with EDS Med Care.
I must say from airport transfers/ hotel stay to our treatment the care was a first class experience.
The co-ordinator team (Riley/Blake/Jenna/Seher) dealt with our queries and questions and were so helpful throughout the whole process was always on hand if we needed.
The dentist are top tier and are very meticulous and often stayed behind after hours to complete work and will not just settle for anything less than perfection, our crowns actually got sent back to the lab twice as the dentist was not happy. The level of care received was excellent from start to finish.- Thank you EDS Med Care😊

I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment at VSC Yenibosna Agiz Ve Dis Sagligi Poliklinigi, also operating under names such as EDS Med Care in Istanbul, to think very carefully before proceeding.

I originally travelled to Turkey intending to have only 8 upper crowns and 8 lower crowns fitted. My goal was very clear from the beginning: I wanted longer front teeth, no gaps, and an even, very white smile. However, during my consultation, I was repeatedly told that it would be impossible to achieve the results I wanted unless I agreed to have all 28 teeth crowned.

I trusted the dentist’s professional advice and agreed to treatment that I never originally intended to have. I paid a total of £3250, which was a significant amount of money for me, because I was assured that I would receive the exact smile I requested.

Unfortunately, the final result was extremely disappointing.

My teeth are uneven, with one side noticeably shorter than the other. There are visible gaps between the crowns, and the lower teeth appear yellow and do not match the upper teeth, despite me clearly requesting the whitest shade possible. The crowns look poorly shaped and unnatural, and my bite now feels uneven, making it difficult for me to eat properly.

The treatment experience itself was also very upsetting. While shaving my teeth, the dentist was extremely rough and showed little care or professionalism. During procedures, she would stop to talk and laugh with other staff while I was left in pain and discomfort. At no point did I feel treated with care or respect as a patient.

After payment was made, the attitude of the staff changed completely. They were unwilling to provide a receipt and became rude and aggressive when I questioned the treatment. At one stage, I was even told to leave the clinic before my crowns had been properly fitted. I felt intimidated and extremely distressed.

Although they attempted adjustments over several days, the problems were never properly corrected. I ended up staying in Istanbul for 8 days, paying additional hotel costs, and still left with results that were far below what had been promised to me. I continue to experience severe sensitivity and nerve pain afterwards, which has affected my ability to eat comfortably.

What concerns me most is that I feel I was pressured into unnecessary treatment purely so the clinic could charge more money. I only wanted 16 crowns originally, but I was persuaded to proceed with 28 crowns based on promises that were never fulfilled.

Overall, this experience has been extremely distressing both physically and emotionally. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to research very carefully before trusting this clinic.

Came to izmir for 24 dental crown and was told 20 may be better for me for £250 cheaper. I agreed, they gave me £100 cash back and said they would keep £150 just incase i needed root canal. I didnt need root canal. I was then told i was only getting £120 back by transfer once i was home. It is now 5 weeks and several messages later and i still have not received my money back.
I have asked several times for it to get sorted because, i mean, why have i paid for treatment i did not receive? It hasnt been made right which has now lead to this poor review. I will delete it once my stolen money is back in my bank.

From start to finish excellent experience. Was greeted at the airport with brilliant transfers, always kept in touch even though I told them I was a little late and they still was waiting for me. The treatment and hotel was such a breeze. I would 100% recommend EDS Med Care to anyone who’s thinking about getting their teeth done. Always In Contact with you from start to finish. Had a really great experience here when I had a dental emergency during vacation. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was patient, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean and modern, and the whole appointment ran smoothly. Honestly one of the easiest dental visits I’ve had—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I recently got 20 zirconium crowns and I have been nothing but happy with them, I arrived at the airport where I was picked up by private transfer and taken straight to their dentist where I was seen to right away, they provided an excellent service and a great end result

Complete and utter joke … spent £3500 pounds in 28 crowns that I had removed and replace by a decent clinic who cares about customer service and quality control .. I had second visit to amend the work and it was just made worse . I had 2 bridges you count fit a matchstick through . An uneven bite . 3 infected teeth … all due to Hollywood dental partnered with Ed’s meds care .. no accountability taken just rude inconsiderate people .. I’ve contacted lawyers so you’ll be hearing from them soon
