Scam company keep on charging on my credit card without permission. Had to report them. They are not based in UK. They are based in India and scamming with people all over the world.

What happened?
Have they scammed and run?

They are scammers. They will deliberately schudle the course on your preferred days just for you to pay for the course and then send you links on wrong dates, they will tell you that they will refund your money if you are not interested in the course buh all lies. If your bank refund your money, they will diapute still. They are scammers..its up to you to join the course

Biggest Scam being run by this online education institute, they are based in India somewhere, They havent got a clue of what they are doing. The quality and structure of the course are nowhere near the standard stated in their promotional phone calls to students whilst onboarding. Trainers are newbies, who cant speak basic english. They seems to be reading from a script, without understanding that its not India, Its UK & international students they cater to. Despite multiple complaints and assurances they never provided a qualified tutor, nor did they resolve the substantial issues with course delivery, academic quality, or student support. Instead, they repeatedly kept assigning non-English speaking tutors, whose lack of subject knowledge and inability to deliver professional training had been the issue from the very beginning.
Additionally, Failed to provide a working support telephone number. Failed to respond to complaints within a reasonable timescale.
Failed to allocate a competent tutor as promised
Failed to deliver the course content as advertised
Failed to honour contractual obligations
These failures constitute:
1. Breach of Contract
The service provided does not match what was advertised at the point of sale.
2. Misrepresentation
The quality and structure of the course are nowhere near the standard stated in the promotional material.
3. Failure to Provide Services with Reasonable Skill and Care As required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This organisation was given multiple opportunities to rectify the situation and provide the service paid for. But never met even the basic standards expected of a training provider.
They dont even bother to acknowledge the refund policy and blatantly refuse to refund. I have seen multiple students asking for refund due to their scam & they do not refund at all.
I had to literally start the process of taking these guys to Trading Standards (for consumer protection violations)
Citizen’s Advice, who will escalate to enforcement authorities
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) / Ombudsman applicable to their sector
I will also be preparing a full written summary of events, including dates, emails, screenshots and all communication failures, as part of the escalation process.

The company is doing very well in providing quality instructor who is knowledgeable and approachable. The learning materials and resources are well-organised and accessible, which makes revision easier.
