Update: I have now received my payout.
Initially, there was a significant delay beyond the stated 7–10 business days, which caused frustration and required multiple follow-ups. However, the payout has now been successfully processed.
My suggestion to the team is to improve and speed up the payout process, and provide clearer communication during delays. This will help build more trust and confidence among traders.

All the teachings from mentors at Educate2trade helped me alot and now I am in Dubai which is the hub for trading.

We advertise roles on job boards to attract candidates seeking entry into the industry. As we are in the process of establishing a fund, applicants are required to meet defined technical, performance, and compliance-related criteria. Candidates who already satisfy these requirements may be progressed directly into a probationary period. Where applicants do not yet meet the required standards, an optional and clearly structured pathway may be offered to support the development of the necessary track record or credentials. All eligibility criteria, processes, and any associated costs are communicated transparently prior to any commitment being made.

Initially you find this job on Indeed and you get selected easily and they give couple interviews to make you believe and they gonna tell you to enrol on the course by providing by them I enrolled on a Level 5 Diploma course but later had to cancel due to Mom’s health issues I’ve to provide myself , so I informed them and may I get the refund which I paid £1600, they said No, I never started the course, yet the company insisted I pay an additional £1,620 after cancellation.
Because of this, I began preparing for legal action. Only then did a member of their team contact me and confirm that they would cancel all further action against me.
While I appreciate that the threats of legal action have now been withdrawn, the reality is that I still lost my original enrolment fee of around £1,600 without receiving any in return.
They did eventually communicate, but overall it has been a stressful and disappointing experience. Future students should be very cautious and make sure they fully understand the cancellation and refund terms before enrolling.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we do understand how stressful personal circumstances can be.
To clarify, upon enrolment you signed an agreement that outlined the payment terms and refund policy in full. As stated in that agreement, refund requests can only be made within seven days of the initial payment. Your payments were made between 26th December and 1st January, and your training officially commenced in January. The refund request was received in April, which unfortunately falls outside the eligible refund period.
While we completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we do have to apply our refund policy consistently to ensure fairness and transparency for all learners. It’s also important to note that enrolment and tutor costs are incurred as part of the course setup process.
We’re pleased that the matter regarding further action has now been resolved, and we sincerely wish you all the best in your future studies and career.

When i first started my E2T internship I didn’t even know what was a candle stick was. Now after 3 months i am a profitable trader and feel confident entering the market and managing risk.
