Edureka: Pay First, Get Ignored Later

If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to run an online learning platform, Edureka absolutely delivers.

I enrolled in their PG AI/ML course with decent expectations. Big mistake. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re basically on your own. I completed all my projects, did everything required—and then… silence. No communication, no clarity on certification, nothing. It’s almost impressive how efficiently they can disappear when it actually matters.

Their “support system” deserves a special mention—mainly because it barely exists. Responses are either painfully delayed or completely irrelevant, as if no one actually reads your query. You end up chasing them for basic information that should have been proactively shared.

And the teaching quality? Let’s just say “poor” would be generous. Unstructured sessions, lack of depth, and instructors who don’t seem particularly invested. For a course that markets itself as “professional” and “advanced,” the delivery is shockingly underwhelming.

Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t even on their priority list. It feels less like a learning platform and more like a one-way transaction: they get paid, and you get frustration.

Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience. Would not recommend—unless you enjoy paying for confusion, delays, and zero accountability.

I would strongly caution anyone…

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company’s courses. My experience has been disappointing, and I regret spending both time and money here.

The instructors are below average and lack depth in their teaching. Most explanations are surface-level, and questions are often not addressed properly, making it hard to truly understand the material.

Changing batches is unnecessarily difficult. Instead of being flexible, the process is rigid and frustrating, which shows a lack of concern for students’ schedules.

There is also a constant push for additional payments without clear value. It feels more like a money-driven setup than a genuine learning platform.

On top of that, communication is poor—responses are delayed or unclear, which adds to the overall frustration.

Overall, the experience feels unorganized and not student-focused. I would not recommend enrolling—there are much better options available.

I am very disappointed with Edureka’s…

I am very disappointed with Edureka’s service. They no longer respond to my emails, and even the grievance form on their website gets no response. I have been a long-time learner and enrolled in the Tech Masters Program, which originally included all master courses for a single price with live classes. Over time, many courses were converted to self-paced, and now several master programs have been removed entirely.

Most remaining “live” courses are never conducted, and whenever I ask, I am told they are still “working on it.” When I request new courses to replace the ones they removed, they ask me to pay extra. This is unfair what happened to the money I already paid?

They previously promised that all newly launched courses would be added to my account, but nothing has happened. The quality of service has gone down drastically, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

This is the conversation I had after the courses was removed

It's been a really frustrating…

I have had a really frustrating experience with their agentic course. They keep switching instructors, and each new one starts teaching from the beginning. I regret ever signing up for this course. I submitted a complaint, but it was completely ignored. I feel that I have wasted hundreds of pounds and a significant amount of my time.

Unprofessional training company - simply after your money

Once you've paid, you'll have no support. The person who you're speaking to, who seemed so friendly—that is, until you registered. He will ignore your WA messages afterwards or won't pick up your call.

The support team is non-existent, leaving you stuck, which is very unprofessional for a training company who you're trusting to advance your career

I enrolled in an Edureka course with…

I enrolled in an Edureka course with the expectation of getting quality learning and proper support, but my overall experience has been very disappointing.

From the beginning, I faced multiple issues related to support and communication. Whenever I reached out for help, responses were either delayed or did not properly address my concerns. Because of these continuous problems, I requested a refund.

However, even after following up multiple times over the last 3 months, I have not received any proper solution or clear update regarding my refund. The lack of accountability and poor customer support has caused a lot of frustration.

Due to this ongoing delay and unsatisfactory experience, I have escalated the matter by filing a complaint with the Consumer Court. I am still open to resolving this issue if Edureka takes immediate action and processes my refund.

Overall, my experience has been very poor, and I would advise others to carefully consider before enrolling.

They are officially scammers, they are very responsive before you join the class, after payment they will never respond. My batch never started. Don’t enroll in any courses with Edureka, THEY’RE SCAMMERS

I recently enrolled for a course of…

I recently enrolled for a course of Power Bi online classes. While making the payment also subject said Power BI course . Now when the course was supposed to start in first week of March and not started yet and i called to raise a complaint I got to know that there is no Power BI course with love classes only self paced course.

When I had not made the payment the advise was behind me with discounts to make the payment and now once the payment is done there is no response from him or Edureka . They’re frauds and fraud ENT LT selling courses to compete their targets.

AI grading from Edureka

I did the Generative AI for Accounting and Finance course. I passed all exams except the last one without which I am unable to get certificate. That exam had AI grading. I uploaded PDF with report but failed for 3 times. Each time I followed the feedback and revised my each submission but the result each time was me getting 0 marks, I can imagine at least getting some marks. I tried to contact them on email, phone but noone replies back. Coursera is also not replying on my request. Both Coursera and Edureka have diployed AI agents so no humans have to come back to students. I am really disappoited.
This is complete scam. I am never going to do any course from Edureka.

Disappointing Experience – Batch Change Requests Ignored

My experience with Edurekha has been extremely disappointing.

Despite raising multiple requests to shift my batch due to genuine and unavoidable scheduling conflicts, there was no meaningful support or resolution provided. The responses were delayed, unclear, and ultimately unhelpful. As a paying customer, I expected a minimum level of flexibility and professionalism, which was not demonstrated.

Batch transfers are a basic and reasonable request, especially when many learners are working professionals balancing jobs and personal commitments. The rigid handling of my situation reflects poorly on the organisation’s customer support standards.

I strongly urge Edurekha to reassess how they handle student concerns and improve their responsiveness and flexibility. A learning platform should prioritise supporting its students — not make the process more frustrating.

I enrolled in Edureka’s PG Program in…

I enrolled in Edureka’s PG Program in Generative AI & ML after having good experiences with their past courses. Unfortunately, this program was disappointing.

The main issue was instructor quality. I raised concerns multiple times through feedback and also directly with my assigned Account Manager, who promised to help with a batch shift but never followed up. After weeks of silence, I was told batch shifts aren’t allowed due to university guidelines.

While Edureka offered one-on-one sessions and deadline extensions, these don’t fix the core problem—the learning experience itself. Because of the lack of timely action, I ended up not attending classes for 2–3 months, which is frustrating given the cost and commitment of a postgraduate program.

How Edureka can improve:
• Act quickly on instructor-related feedback
• Ensure account managers follow through
• Be transparent upfront about limitations (batch/instructor changes)
• Offer meaningful resolutions when core learning issues arise

Edureka has good content, but postgraduate programs need better accountability and learner support. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

I have enrolled for Edureka 15 days Agentic AI course, this cource is nothing but 5-6 pre written AI agent scripts that trainer explain online, they don't teach anything relevant to AI or Agentic AI. It is just westage of time and money.

Disappointing experience with edureka

My experience with Edureka has been very disappointing. Their service quality drops completely once the course is completed. During enrollment, they promise job assistance, support, and guidance, but none of that is actually delivered.

After completing the course:

There is no proper job assistance.

Support becomes completely unresponsive.

The promises made during sales are not fulfilled.

They are very active until you pay, but after that, students are mostly on their own. I would not recommend Edureka to anyone who is expecting real support, guidance, or job assistance after course completion.
