I've been working with David Bagley for a good while now, and I can honestly say that he is such a genuine guy. He's always been very helpful, informative and has gone beyond his normal working hours to help get me the best outcome on many occasions, he has always explained what options I have had at the time, but has never pressure saled me into any decisions.
It has been a tough year for everyone, but he has still worked hard, top guy as always.

I have just had a pension and investment review with David Chambers. He was excellent I'm not very knowledgeable on such things and he has explained everything so I understand. My pensions and investments are doing very well and I'm very happy and would highly recommend David Chambers at Edward Bond.

After a call about my pension that made me nervous I had a face to face with someone and was very impressed. I made the decision to consolidate a number of my pensions into one pot and then (to improve return on half my pension) to split that later between two funds. Michael O'Connell has been my advisor for a few years now and his advice has been very good. He has understood my caution on certain things and never pushed me to make any rash decisions but let the results speak for themselves. Based on his advice I have recently transferred everything into a better fund with higher returns at only a small increase in annual costs (which are more than made for by the higher return).
Michael is a very down to earth person, easy to communicate with, but also knowledgeable about what options are available. After seeing so many worrying stories of dodgy pension scams I was quite worried initially but the regular updates have certainly eased my concerns and I feel 100% confident in their professional ability to look after my pension.
Communication is very good, and at times I have asked for a bit more, but Michael has always endeavoured to meet my requests.
I recommend EB to anyone who has no idea what is happening to their pension as this will help you take back control and have confidence about your future.

For many years I have not thought about my pension, and one day I a received a call from an advisor, who talked me through my options and gave me the pros and cons of not doing anything. At first I was skeptical, but he also gave me information to research myself.
I decided to go ahead and consolidate all my pension pots. I have never looked back.
It wasn't the fact of the consolidation, it was the friendly, courteous, patient and attentive manner the advisor dealt with my case.
Always ready to answer any questions, send information requested and I found him very honest and transparent with all information. He is the best, I have come across in the past 10 years!

My pension transfer was actioned by Bainlye Drake Wealth during Covid19 restrictions. The transfer was completed with hours to spare and it was a team effort. The paperwork was forwarded, however, the identification was not accepted. Simon found a place to scan additional ID, while he was out of the country. A coordinated team effort.

Simon have been amazing, I had problems with my pension with the company I worked for, I was 60 last year I was looking forward to having my 25% of my pension I had been making plans. For 3 months I was getting know where and then I received a letter telling me that I could have £150 pounds from my pension for the full year, and that I Would not be able to receive my 25% fo an other 5 years, I was heartbroken and luckily I had met Simon with an other pension I had a few years ago, I spoke to Simon I was very distressed and In tears he was amazing.
Simon sorted my pension that I was able to move my pension to Simon at Bainlye Drake wealth and was great to be able to receive my 25% of what I worked hard for.
There was a Small fee but it is great that it is there if I need it.

I’ve dealt with Simon Drake for several years now, not only my pension, but transfers and Mortgage advice. I would give him 5 stars all the way.

Talked into moving a pension to this company but they failed to tell us that we had to pay £400 to take money away from them. The reason for this is so that we are aware of the risks - Really My husband is far from stupid just want to pay our mortgage off. Maybe its bad timing due to covid and im sure all investments have taken a knock but a loss plus £400 fee is a bit greedy on E B ASSOCIATES GROUP part especially when they taken thousands of pounds from your pension as soon as it gets to them surely that is enough!!!! I had a static pension fund that wasn’t performing well. I wanted it to perform better and went onto a pension comparison site and Edward Bond came out on top for my requirements.
After an initial phone call to them, an appointment was made for an in depth discussion with David Bagley. He listened to what I wanted and expected for my retirement plan. He then explained my options towards my retirement including pitfalls!
At no time did I feel pressured into anything and didn’t have to sign up for anything there and then. He left me to consider everything and also left documents for later perusal.
I felt confident that EB was right for me. David has always been very attentive with phone calls to inform me of how my pension is performing and of how I feel about where I want to go with it.
I like the idea that you can manage your pension in respect of where your money is being invested and in what sectors.
David has never failed in our yearly reviews. So far I have been delighted with Edward Bond Associates and also with Mr Bagley.

Good communication about what is happening about the investment, so far good results and my advisor is always looking at ways of making the investment better and is always helpfull about any queries I may have.
