Greedy shop and scammer attitude

I purchased two large boxes of boardgame cardboard terrain. I was well informed during the process. The boxes were packed well with bubblewrap and packaging material within the transport package. The boxes made the 2000 km travel to Denmark without a dent.

8Made a pre-order. Couldn't deliver it the first wave and can't confirm delivery in the second wave. I asked for a refund, they say they initiated it but didn't. 2 weeks later, started chargeback via PayPal. Let's see what happens. At any cost do not order here.

Update: eventually paid me back almost 2 weeks later. Case resolved.
Changed review to 3 stars.

This site takes fake pre orders and just take your money, they have my 500 still and do not send it back. They also do not reply for a week to my mails. They never send any items. Beware do not order!

the website took 1500 EUROS from me and my friends, we did a pre-order but they took our money to buy more supply for themself and telling us there is no supply. do never order a pre order here or anything, i have to contact paypal to get my money back. the website is also not replying to my messages anymore. DO NOT BUY THEY JUST USE YOUR MONEY AS A LOAN FOR THEMSELFS, TYPICAL GREECE

Never order from this website. Also never do pre order. They just take your money as free loan and do not deliver, they do not even try to keep anyone satisfied exept themselfs. Asked for a refund but nothing happened, paypal should be instant. I have filed a claim against them on paypal. Beware anyone ordering here!

Bad packaging. Comics arrived all bent and messy

Perfect experience to be honest! Ordered, shipped and received in about a week. And actually a store that packs their collectibles in bubblewrap + padding inside the box, arrived pristine! Thank you! Will buy again!

My son was looking for a rare funko pop figure. He found it at this shop. Delivery was fast to Denmark. The packaging well wrapped. Price was very reasonable. Definitely returning to this shop if in need of more funko pop figures.

Συνεχεία προσφορές, πάντα νέα πράγματα και ποικιλία που δύσκολα θα βρεις αλλού.

Η αλήθεια είναι δε, ότι τους έχω αλλάξει τα φώτα, αλλά ανταποκρίθηκαν πραγματικά στο 100%.

Χρειάστηκε να αλλάξω 1-2 παραγγελίες και να αλλάξω σε μια τρίτη την διεύθυνση αποστολής. Σήκωσαν αμέσως το τηλέφωνο, το τακτοποίησαν και ήταν ευγενέστατοι.

I placed a pre-order with eFantasy.gr but later had to cancel it due to personal circumstances. At first, I was told cancellation wasn't possible under their store policy, which was a bit stressful.
However, after explaining my situation and referring to EU consumer rights, they handled it very professionally and issued a full refund to my original payment method.

I'm glad it was resolved fairly in the end. Communication was respectful, and they were willing to find a solution.
They also explained the reason for their policy, which is reasonable and understandable.

Ordered 2 items (funko pop) marked as available for delivery next day. After i paid and waited 6 days i got informed that the item is not available. The phone communication also was terrible. Next time dont sell items you dont have and we are losing our time waiting.

I don't live in Greece but these guys made it possible for me to get a grossly out of stock funk pop I wanted. Fast delivery, everything sorted very professionally. Would recommend to anyone.

Was searching for a difficult to find expansion for my board game. Took a chance with them delivering to Ireland. Price was reasonable considering the distance involved. Package came in excellent condition. Couldn't ask for better.

Again a good packed order, had to wait a bit for a pre-order but everything was perfect! I ordered a few extra protectors and they packed the pops in them, which i can only appreciate! Thx!
