Good value but not my favourite
Packaging arrived slightly damaged but didn’t seem to lose too much product so not a big deal, mistakes happen. Choco bueno a bit too sweet for me, not to say others wouldn’t like it. Also doesn’t mix as well and mixes thick so would advise using a bit more liquid than normal. Good value though, £40 for 2kgs, prefer it as a shake, wasn’t a big fan mixed with oats.

Query
The only disappointing thing I have, was when I opened the delivery packaging, the container had dust powder covering it, and when I opened the lid, the white seal cap was almost detached. Perhaps it was a bit cheeper for that reason. Happy with the product, but I am new to taking this supplement.

brilliant company and products
been buying from this company for quite some time. also find most products are cheaper directly from them rather than third party suppliers. i bought a pre workout around 2 weeks ago and it came damaged ( broken lid, not their fault). i let the company know and within a day they got back to me apologising and i received a replacement within 2 days. cannot fault their good customer service. will continue to buy from them!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Shocking company ordered a protein shake which come split in half and was everywhere. I then sent them a picture and asked ig I can return and get a replacement and they told me it looks suspicious because the bag was ripped which is shocking so I have now wasted £55 as they won’t send me a replacement and I’m not drinking an opened shake. DO NOT ORDER
