I didn’t even want to give this place one star either. I’m with most of you. This same thing has happened to me as well and I’m angry. I ordered a hair mask for $38.38 and I did not receive it. I have sent several emails to the customer service support team and they kept sending me the same response back saying they know my anxiety about the issue and will get back to me. They started sending me this message over and over again. The last one they sent to me was June 27, 2025 and have been ignoring my emails since then. I have been dealing with this since May 2025. If you order anything from this place Good Luck, I hope you will receive your purchase.

Ordered dress in March. No delivery. Only excuses. Escalated to paypal who was no help as seller sent fake delivery slip. No dress. No refund. No help from paypal. Have escalated with credit card company.

The dress did not fit. It is no way true to size. I tried returning it and the cost of shipping ( which the customer is responsible for) was more than the dress cost.

I bought a dress that doesn't fit. They require the original exterior packaging for a return. The dress is unworn in its internal packaging, but this isn't satisfactory? They are offering me $5 for the $50 dress!

Don’t even want to give one star. They say my item was delivered and contact the USPO. Post office says it’s not a valid tracking number! Looks like a $22.63 scam to me. Buyers beware!

I appreciated the unique design and practicality of my recent purchase. Customer service was solid, and though shipping took two weeks, the wait was worthwhile for such a stylish piece.
