I didn’t even want to give this place one star either. I’m with most of you. This same thing has happened to me as well and I’m angry. I ordered a hair mask for $38.38 and I did not receive it. I have sent several emails to the customer service support team and they kept sending me the same response back saying they know my anxiety about the issue and will get back to me. They started sending me this message over and over again. The last one they sent to me was June 27, 2025 and have been ignoring my emails since then. I have been dealing with this since May 2025. If you order anything from this place Good Luck, I hope you will receive your purchase.
