The students enjoyed the trip, which is of the utmost importance. I wish we had more time to explore Munich. Too many travels outside of that city. Too much time on the bus within the Major City Limits included in this Tour. Public Transit would have been more fun and easier I believe. Finally, the Dinners provided for the Students were just okay. I was hoping they would get more for the price of their Trip. Bus Driver Fantastic. Tour Guide, solid.
EF provided a cohesive, efficient and memorable experience for our students. Even though our departing flight was cancelled, EF quickly found a solution and helped make up some of our lost time with a "surprise" excursion. Really excellent customer service. Thanks EF!

Loved all four countries. The hotel is Prague was too far and some of the rooms were really old. I expected more. The meal at the hotel, the first night in Switzerland was no good. Having missed out on the first day in Vienna and dinner because of our cancelled flight, I expected EF to compensate more than they did. The meals in Germany were the same. Maybe next time, make them different. Other than these points, the trip was great!
