EG Chauffeurs - London & UK Wide Opiniões

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our driver Raimond had the courtesy to pop in to the hotel and ask reception to call my room to let me know he had arrived (couldn’t reach me on my mobile) The car was immaculate and it was a very pleasant & comfortable journey from London to Letchworth. I will be booking again.

Quite simply, outstanding!

Car immaculate, drivers impeccably polite, very caring service. Taken to and collected following heart surgery from Harley st clinic, the driver ensured that the route out of London avoided speed bumps and traffic jams to make sure I was not jolted around.

Excellent, efficient, and reasonable cost. Had a special request for one reservation and it was taken care of with courtesy and without fuss. Drivers are impeccably professional. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Drivers were on time, polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with EG Chauffeurs, everything - their customer service team and the driver were extremely professional, efficient and customer oriented. The company driver Jamal was punctual, respectful, drove very well and his car was premium clean and tidy. Our order was not an ordinary one, there were specific requests, and the company has fulfilled all of them. I highly recommend their service to anyone who wants to get to their place of destination in comfort and on time.

A prompt, courteous and friendly trip, with Mark at the helm. Thank you Mark for making my wife's birthday treat so special. We both enjoyed our trip with you, in such a beautiful car. If you want to use a professional outfit then THIS is the company to choose!

The driver arrived in good time to collect us. He was professional, respectful and drove well. This was the first time I had used EG Chauffeurs but will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great communication, premium clean cars, arrived early, well priced compared to competitors, and flexible with changes. Thanks - you’ll be hearing from us again :)

Excellent job, our Driver was always were we needed him, precise and on time, kind of flexible with our needs. Highly recommenddable

EG Chauffeurs are great. They have a simple and easy booking service with very quick responses on email. Booking was simple and efficient. I liked that they sent me details of my driver the night before my booking. My driver Ben was professional, punctual and very smart. He drove very well. The car was also very clean and tidy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

As always, EG Chauffeurs are professional in every aspect. Booking, communication (end-to-end), quality of vehicles, and drivers! Been using the company for both work and personal transfers, and will continue to do so. Thank you.

Ervin and team are great. Drivers are very professional and cars are always in top condition. Highly recommend

Booked with EG chauffeurs 2 days before my trip to London. Pick up early morning in London to travel to Cambridge area and back at night.
Very easy booking by email with fast response time every time. It was overall a wonderful experience and stress free travel in the best condition possible to my destinations and back. Raymund my chauffeur was very nice and contributed to me having a fantastic day. I will not hesitate to use EG chauffeurs again the next time I visit. Highly recommend!

The booking process was incredibly straightforward, and the staff went above and beyond to meet my bespoke requests. The chauffeur arrived promptly and was fantastic. The vehicle was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I was highly impressed with the exceptional service received.

Outstanding trip, this company does everything they promise. Punctual, very comfortable and safe transit, very attentive and profession staff!

Both the Rolls Royce and the LWB Range Rover were driven by experienced, highly trained and polite drivers. Their service was excellent.
The difference between a driver and a chauffeur is made by them.

Ben and Emra were very professional, on time/reliable, and helpful. The company was easy to work with through email (my preferred method), but also called when necessary. I used them for pickup and return to LHR, trips to and from Eurostar terminal and New Year’s Day parade drop off. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

EG Chauffer Service WOWED us with their excellent service. We used them for 4 journeys over a period of 8 days and we could not have been more pleased. They go the extra steps to make sure their clients are given the best experience. It was so convenient to have them pick up and drop off from hotel to hotel. My husband and I did not want to drive in the UK and we also did not want to depend on trains(which went on strike during our visit.) Nor did we want to waste precious time waiting for trains/connections. EG allowed us to focus on our travel experiences. The EG drivers were friendly, reliable and committed to our needs. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable.

Thank you EG for your professional and courteous service. John and I look forward to seeing you on our next trip!
