Rude and Extremely Aggressive Owner
Owner Ewan is rude and unhelpful to existing customers. Reading reviews here, seems like he is quite the opposite when looking for new customers. I misplaced my MCS certificate and have requested a copy from them, his first response was that he cannot deal with me. Then he asked for some proof of ownership and now he hasn't responded to my email for the last week
Since my original review left on another website I have received threatening emails and phone calls from this man Ewan McNeil who is the owner of this company. I have had to report him to the police as he has not stopped harassing me to remove my review. People should know that this is who they are dealing with when they use such a company
Ewan tried to take me to court for the review I left on another website, but his case was thrown out as he didn't even bother to attend the hearing. He used the court case as a way of trying to scare me in to removing the review.
Saying I am not on your records as a customer does not explain the rude and aggressive behaviour of your owner. You should keep better records as I have all the original paperwork with your companies name on. I have also managed to get a copy of the MCS certificate directly from MCS which also has your companies name on.

Dear Jamie,
Having searched our database, and MCS registrations unfortunately we have no record of your purchase.
We always issue our clients with the necessary paperwork which includes the MCS certificate on receipt of a paid balance invoice - again we do not have a copy of a paid invoice under your details.
Thank you,
Eco Greenenergy Solutions Ltd

3.5 KW Solar and 6.3 KWh battery installed in Zone 2 London
Quick, seemless with no issues on approvals or getting the right documentation for me. I was able to get 3.5 KW of solar panels and a 6.3 KWh battery installed instep with a major house renovation. So far so good, the system appears to be working well.

We found Eco Greenenergy Solutions a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish the work proceeded in an efficient and professional manner. The work force involved in both the battery installation and the Heat Pump were careful and friendly. I am confident that we have an extremely effective system that replaces the gas boiler.

Dear Nick,
It is a shame to receive such a review when we can honestly say that we were never contacted by the Police. We have trust in our representatives to be the face of our company so it would be extremely disappointing to learn if a member behaved in such a manner you needed to involve the police.
Had the office been notified of the incident at the time, we would have investigated it internally and held such a person accountable. Unfortunately though this did not happen.
Regards,
Eco Greenenergy Solutions Ltd.
