Excellent online course that offered good value for money. Accessible recipes that were appropriate for skill and age level. Will definitely book again as there are many courses on offer.

Our courses are designed to engage and inspire participants whilst building cookery skills that will stay with you for life. Our courses are available online (start whenever you want). You work from home at a time convenient to you, following a comprehensive worksheet and a supporting video plus a designated tutor to help you with any questions along the way. Egg & Soldiers have been teaching teenagers to cook since 2012.

I had a wonderful time with egg and…
I had a wonderful time with egg and soldiers, their recipes were precise and very well instructed. My family has enjoyed this course a lot and they were very sad I had finished! All these recipes I would use again as they are so delicious and easy to make If you’re looking for a fun skill to do for dofe this is the place to go!

The recipes were delicious and easy to follow. The assessors are interactive and can help you if you need. All around a great experience and good for anyone who is interested in cooking or doing a skill for DofE.

Amazing
I absolutely loved using Eggs and Soldiers for (so far) my bronze and silver DofE as part of my skill section. They give you such a range of recipes from different cultures that people may not think to make otherwise. They make it so easy to access everything such as the recipes and videos and being able to write our assessment on how the recipes go. I loved getting feedback and comments on my dishes from Jo Schuberth, and giving me a good idea of what the next dishes would be like and any tips or tricks. Very much recommend!

The company did a fantastic job; I thoroughly enjoyed the course and liked that I could take it at my own pace. The recipes made delicious meals, all of which I enjoyed, and I have learnt life skills which will be very useful in the future. Highly recommend!!

Egg & Soldiers is great
Egg & Soldiers is great. Simple accessible recipes and instruction videos, with good feedback. My son has done 2 of the courses and has created a real love of cooking; now cooking his own supper and cakes. All of this is cost effective when compared to alternatives available.
