Instructions were not clear at all
Instructions were not clear at all. Photos did not match the details of my car. As someone who thought they could do this themselves with another pair of hands, it made it very difficult, and now I will have to pay for a fitment from an EGR machanic.

Poor fit, poor quality
Bought a "deluxe" one as a "genuine" Mazda canopy but they are made by EGR. Canopy leaks through seals, tailgate seal is too short and the canopy is assymetrical left to right and does not sit level front to back. Central locking and electric opening failed after 3 months, canopy was replaced (with same fitment problems) and after 6 months electrics began to fail again. Sometimes doiesn't lock with the car, sometimes unlocks itself, often actually opens itself. Currently won't open using the button at all and the key is so flimsy it might as well be made out of tinfoil. And no one will take responsibility.

A "premium"canopy issues
Purchase a "premium"canopy with a new vehicle 18 months ago. After 6 months the opening mechanisms failed on the rear and one side window. This prevented access for a couple of months. Also the rear key would not work without levering it with a large pair of grips the dealer looked at it (took 3 visits on 3 separate days) - they sort of fixed the opening issues and said the key is fine just need to keep the pliers handy.
12 months on and opening the rear window is like playing "Russian Roulette"- sometimes if we are lucky it opens. The vehicle dealer doesnt seem to know much about them and EGR simply say it is under the vehicle warranty - not their problem.
Not sure what to do really other than to leave the rear slightly open all of the time until I can afford a replacement

The communication with support staff was great and part ordered was delivered correctly with easy to follow instructions.

I’ve had ongoing problems with the EGR electronic roller shutter door, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. The shutter often jams and fails to open properly, leaving me stuck until I reset it.
Previously, I had a major issue where it completely stopped working and the gears had to be replaced. Even after that repair, the door still doesn’t function as it should. Right now, the only way I can get it to open is by first unlocking and opening the tailgate, then pressing the button—otherwise, it won’t respond.
On top of that, the system frequently needs resetting just to keep it operational. For a product at this price point, I expected much better reliability. Instead, it’s been inconvenient and unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
No distribution centres plus poor service
EGR don't have distribution centres throughout Australia and all parts are shipped from their Brisbane warehouse.
So when I broke the rear glass window in the canopy while touring SA the best they could offer me was to have a new window shipped from Brisbane which would take 1.5 weeks. The local workshop told me they could have it all repaired within 24 hours if it had been an ARB canopy.
Returning home, I contacted EGR again to have the canopy repaired. EGR don't do fitting but only sell parts. The service over the phone was woeful. Don't expect this team to look after you if something breaks.
Takeaway: Should have gone with an ARB canopy instead.

Gave me wrong advice on the central…
Gave me wrong advice on the central locking system on my 2025 Isuzu Dmax.
Now i will have a cost of $500 to get it pitted.
Not happy, pure advice from a person that seem to not no about your products.

Worst company in Australia canopies…
Worst company in Australia for canopies and customer service. Canopy fractured down one side. Was a fre months out of warranty, they could care one bit. Went though consumer protection and thought mediation may help. They are useless and I would avoid at any cost
