I require my emails that are sent and received to be secure. They are, and the process is easy to use with no issues thus far (my 2nd year of using Egress)

I have confidence in using the system and that my email will be secure. I would like an easier way of transferring it to my own email account so that it can be uploaded to our database more easily.

We only use Egress as our email encryption software - it does what is says on the tin - no reason to particularly love or hate it - it's a work tool.

What's the point of this service if it doesn't even work?

We are using the Egress services for quite some years. Never failed and their support is top notch!

Egress is a joke. It doesn't allow you to retrieve emails more than a week or so old so when you need to retrieve important messages they have gone. you cannot see the conversation and have to keep opening and closing individual messages to find the one you want. Egress has made stressful medical treatment even worse. I hate it.

easy to navigate through registration. when I got stark and couldnt open the document and contacted their support he/she was very helpful in directing me to a solution. thank you!

Egress is a fantastic resource. it is free and so easy to use and such a piece of mind to know you can send information securely by email to anyone whether their email address is already secure or not, knowing that it is easy and quick for someone who hasn't used it before to access a secure email.

Easy to navigate, safe, secure and efficient. Customer service brilliant, any issue had resolved quickly with friendly and helpful service agent.

Egress provides us with a high degree of certainty that our emails will not be intercepted and read by anyone other than our intended client. Egress also provides our clients with an encrypted reply service which is very reassuring to them.

Great software. 2 things though- difficulty going back to previously sent emails and also would be great if we could have a signature at the bototm of the email automatically for each e mail

Generally Egress works ok, but the lack of a list of previous contacts, and the difficulty of retrieving old sent messages are a problem

My enquiry was answered very quick. I had a response as soon as I emailed them. I was given several opportunities to be supported throughout. The call handler was very patient and if I was unsure he talked me through the procedure. I would definatly recommend Egress.

It works ok but you can’t access past emails very easily. I did contact them about this, once they helped, second time they did not help at all.

Really brilliant support both via email and in person. Having set up Egress through Gmail, I was struggling to then set it up on Outlook. Having tried lots out from the online help it wasn't getting anywhere. I don't consider myself very technologically minded and they guided me through so clearly, not once talking down to me. I was really impressed with everyone that supported me both via email and on the phone.

I contacted the support for advice. They responded very quickly and my question was resolved. Great service and it’s good to know they are there.
