Ordered a phone case it took a week to come and what I received was a cheap piece of plastic that would not protect my phone and it wasn't cheap I won't be using this company again

Hülle und Panzerglas gekauft und beide waren von beginn an verkratzt.
Wirklich genial hohe Preise aber tiefe Qualität.
Ich werde einen grossen Bogen um den Hersteller machen!!!

Irreführung bei der Produkte Beschreibung (auch mein Fehler) Ich suchte ein Kamera aglas und keine Schutzfolie.
"Panzerglas" für mein s24+ ist gar nix!
Klebt nicht, keine anbringhilfe und Fingerprint entsperrung funktioniert auch nicht mehr..... ab in den Müll!!!

I'm throwing away my dual-layer Eiger phone case after using it for 6 years on my Samsung A10, and I'm realizing, how much I liked it. In this age of cheap consumerism, quality products that last are rare. My 6 years old crap phone looks like shiny new, there's not a single scratch or crack, and not because of careful use - I have dropped my phone as much as the next person. Thank you guys.

Purchased a screen protector for my S24+ and sadly it negatively affected the fingerprint reader which is a shame because the protector fit very well and was super simple to fit with zero bubbles.

Service was first class, investigating my issues and clarifying the problem i was having, and so my 4 stars are aimed at the service provided with only a star deducted because of the issue with the protector.

One year ago I searched a lot to find the best protection for my Iphone, and I am very happy for my decision! Today the Eiger Mountain Glass saved my phone and saved me a lot of money, and nowadays it is very uncommon to find this high quality of product. One thing is the
scratch protection, but it is not enough if a heavy thing fall onto your phone, like in my situation, and I think this is a challenge for a screen protection, what Eiger can accept, and the proof is my Iphone without any injury.

J'ai commandé pour 8.90 le produit EIGER HIGH IMPACT TRIFLEX CLEAR pour un Pixel 8. Je n'ai reçu aucun email de confirmation, aucune communication. Le produit a été livré dans un délai raisonnable. Le contenu de l'envoi est conforme à la description. Par contre le film de protection n'est pas assez grand, il ne couvre pas entièrement l'écran, les marges aux bords sont de 3 à 4 mm sur chaque côté. De plus la resistance du film est très insuffisante, la surface s'est rayée en quelques jours d'usage normal sans chute ni impact. Cette société met en avant la qualité de ses produit en jouant sur l'image des montagnes suisses mais elle ne fait que revendre avec une grosse marge un produit bas de gamme d'origine chinoise.

Protezione schermo Samsung S23 Ultra, non copre bene i bordi, il foro per la fotocamera anteriore è troppo grande mentre lo spazio riservato all'impronta digitale è visibile anche con lo schermo acceso e diventa quindi fastidioso.

Ordered a phone case for my new Iphone which hadn't arrived after a week, emailed Eiger and straight away sent me another which came 24hrs later with a free gift as an apology. Great service throughout my dealing with Eiger Protection - easy ordering at the start and nothing too much trouble if a problem arises. Can't fault.

I used this company for my screen protector for my iphone 10 and bought the standard "Glass" protector which was great!
I didn't have any cracks despite a few drops!
I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S20FE this week and as the phone costs £699.00 I decided to upgrade to Eiger's £35 top of the range
Mountain Glass Ultra + curved.
Although this may seem expensive for a screen protector it is actually only a tiny 5% of the cost of the phone it's protecting and is worth every penny!
I also bought a North Case phone cover which was only £14.99 and has a 2 piece construction.
I haven't dropped the phone yet, but both items fill me with confidence and I hope my phone has complete protection.
