Terrible service—I asked not to be sent…

Terrible service—I asked not to be sent the free drink bottle, and they still sent it to me. Such a waste of resources for product, packaging, and postage as I do not need another drink bottle!! I would rather get a test of the essential rainbow than a drink bottle!
Side note: the E8 product is really good, just annoyed about the other stuff.

Customer Experience

This experience has been fine but in the past I have emailed with questions 2 or 3 times about my subscription and have not received a reply. The last time I emailed with a question was September 12, 2022. The only contact I have ever had is automated and I think this in an area which you could improve your customer experience.

A trustworthy company with premium products

The honesty and fact and evidence based background of the company, and its people, especially Simon Hill and his books, and podcasts, and commitment to fact based science. The products are very high quality: from the packaging, down to the ingredients; and the customer service re delivery and ordering options. Only one small concern: the coffee powder occasionally clumps instead of dissolving; and its amount of ginseng seems negligible to me? Am I missing something

Love my Essential 8!

I love being able to delay my shipments when I have a surplus of vitamins. Every bottle arrives in perfect condition due to excellent packaging. Peace of mind knowing it is vegan. Excited that there is a facility coming to North America. Reason for 4 stars is that I still have to take an additional B12 as per Dr Greger’s recommendation to chew or take sublingually for best absorption.

Issue Resolved

I placed an order with Eimele nearly three weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped although the order has been confirmed and paid for. I emailed the company a week ago to ask if the order will be shipped or should I request a refund but I have not received a reply. I don’t live in Australia so calling them is not a practical option. I understand it’s been a busy time of year but I’m getting concerned.

*Update - after receiving a response to my review my order was shipped shortly afterwards, I appreciate the quick response once the company realized there was an issue with my order. I’m excited to try the products when they arrive.

This is an excellent company!

I take the Essential 8 and Shine Greens everyday. I enjoy that all my daily vitamin and mineral needs are covered. And if my diet wavers from time to time, I still my daily needs.

I enjoy the subscription service. They give you a heads up each month when the product is on the way. They give you the opportunity to adjust or skip a shipment before they send it out. Other companies make you jump through hoops to skip or change a shipment. I am encouraged they will start shipping from the US. This will help reduce our footprint.

The only request is for packaging. I wish the Shine Greens were not in single use packaging. Packaging that was more eco friendly would be a plus.

Multi for vegans.

I’m in Hawaii and happy to report they ship there! I’m not sure I’ve noticed any differences since I started taking these but at least they haven’t been giving me any issues. One improvement is on the packaging. I wish they would send the glass jar in initial orders and then send “refills” in a paper bag of something like that. At least for subscribers and people could be given the option too.

I tried to cancel this order and was very disappointed to find that my two cancellation requests were ignored and no contact was made and that I was unable to access the subscription area from the website. Seems like it is a deliberate attempt to prevent orders from being cancelled.

I love the product!

The ordering process was fine and the product is fantastic, but the shipping from Australia to USA took a looooooong time. Other than that.. 5 stars.

1/11/23 - I am updating my review since ordering via the North American website. I got the shipment in the same week. If you're ordering in N. America, make sure you order from that site. Thanks!
