Package came earlier than expected. It was in a padded envelope. The product was in good condition but the box it was in seems to have been crushed a little which I wasn’t fond of. Though I received the delivered notification promptly, I prefer if my packages were tucked further down on the porch so they aren’t seen from the street.

Purchaed an All Purpose Cleaner Meguier's Detailer bottle they advertised on their website but they sent me a plain Meguier's bottle then when I questioned them they said they didn't have the one they're STILL advertising! Said I could send it back but that wouldn't have been worth it cost wise! Should of just refunded my money! Be wary of ordering from these guys you just don't know what you'll get!

I ordered a set of ceramic screwdrivers from EIO through Walmart.com. The order was fulfilled by EIO in Torrance CA. I received a set of driver bits instead of what I ordered, worth about $5 wholesale. I contacted Denise in their CS department. She told me to return it thru Walmaart for a credit and said she did not have them in stock. I went to EIO's direct site and ordered for pickup. Two days later, I went to cancel that pickup order and I got a "they're ready for pickup" email. I asked Denise to swap my pickup order for my incorrectly fulfilled Walmart order. She wouldn't. Guess what, my Walmart order was $18 and EIO.com's price was $48. She said she would if she had it in stock. See my dilemma??? A few weeks earlier, I purchased a bottle of flux from EIO. I went ahead and returned the driver bits and will never buy from them again. Terrible CS experience.

They sent the wrong item. Called them talked to them, they said they would get back to me and never did. Thank God for PayPal I got my money back... Wouldn't buy from.

Ordered some snips for next day air. They sat in California for a week - got them more than a week later. I realized they have no control over USPS, however I did pay for expedited shipping and they will not refund the cost of shipping. They could file a claim with USPS. Not very friendly customer service and seem reluctant to help in any way.

Lack of communication.

I’m a block mason with over twenty years in the industry. I ordered a trowel and line pin. The delivery came quickly but on inspecting the trowel i noticed that the blade on it was very poorly crafted, it was thin in places it was supposed to be thick and thick in places i shouldn’t be. Altogether lopsided and uneven. Any tradesman knows the value of a well made tool and this was far from that.
I didn’t blame eio, as they didn’t manufacture it themselves, so I gave them the chance to make it right. Now they’re giving me the run around telling me take it up with the manufacturer. I’m telling them I’d rather just return it than go on wild goose chase. We’ll see what happens next, but totally disappointed at the moment

I bought some red motor varnish to repair some spots on a motor winding. The price was better then I found else ware online and it shipped in a reasonable amount of time without excessive shipping charges. Communication was not very good. I did not get an order confirmation and had to leave a voice message to get a call back to confirm my order.

Very happy with your company it took a little longer than I thought to get the part but I was just happy I was able to get it. The vacuum was over 25 years old and didn’t think I was going to get any pods for it. thank you I appreciate it.

emailed back to let me know it was in stock and then shipped promptly

Excellent tools. Good communication given that what I was ordering was not in stock and overseas. I will continue to order from EIO.
