Liked the product and smell but had some queries about usage. Have been waiting since couple of days for the consultation confirmation.

Ordered and using last 1 month hair oil and serum hair fall is almost 80-90% reduced. Can also see new baby hair growth around hairline. First time in my life something’s worked for me. Will repurchase and hopefully will update again with even better results

The product didn't work for me. That's not the reason for 1 star.
After the consults, they wanted me to buy more serum and as it is, it's not working for me.
Customer service went cold after contacting then and asking for a refund as per their policy

Poor response time.

I told them to change my shipping address even before it was shipped. I left three emails as soon as I made the order, and they still shipped the order to the wrong address.
Still no response.
Disappointed how when companies get their money, they become so nonchalant about the customers.

Update, while they were slow in response initially, I received personalised email apologising for the delay and they timely updated they address. Will further increase the rating after I have actually received the products and used them.

Horrible product!! used the serum and oil and had 2x the hair loss that i was having before using the damn products! Don't believe all the good reviews they are probably paid for!

Had some issues with delivery, but the team at Ekmiveda was super helpful and and very professional!

Ekmiveda products smell lovely. I have been a user for a little over a month and yet to see a meaningful difference however, customer service needs a BIG pat on the back. A special shout-out to Marcus, who has been extremely supportive through my journey. Keep up the good work guys.

I ordered the shampoo and hair serum. The delivery was prompt and well packaged. I have used for few months now and I can feel the results in my hair quality and scalp.

I’ve been using Ekmi Veda’s hair growth serum and I can see visible changes. It’s light and non greasy.

Bought 2 bottles of Serum - both BROKEN.

They got back to me apologized and have send me 2 good bottles and also added an extra one as a good will gesture.

Hair fall has been an issue for me for so long that I'd almost given up. Then I learnt that it might be due to changing water (bcz of me living in different locations). Within 2-3 weeks I've seen a reduce in my hairfall and got me into haircare. Highly recommend to try it and wait to see results.

Order was place one month ago. Not yet received. Also, they have not bothered to reply to even one email.
I feel so upset as I had paid around £46.

I’ve been trying literally everything on the market like keeps hims prp and derma stamps. Using ekmiveda and derma stamp has been the only combination that has worked. Fully switching soon. Very very good

Amazing results in just a month using the three step regimen. Shedding has reduced dramatically and i see a little bit of thickness on the crown even my friends have noticed. Very very hopeful it'll get back to full thickness. Will use and repurchase again

Tried a natural Ayurveda based product after being on minoxidil for so long. Haven’t felt better! It’s gentle and lightweight and suits my scalp so much better. Similar results and has given good thickness but without the side effects of minoxidil. Amazing products
