Jag vill varna andra kunder om vilseledande reklam för semlor hos Eko i Västerås.
De annonserar ofta erbjudandet "2 semlor för 19,90 kr" på YouTube. Men när man åker till butiken, oavsett om det är på morgonen, eftermiddagen eller kvällen, får man höra att erbjudandet är slut. Istället erbjuder de andra semlor till dubbelt pris.
Detta har hänt flera gånger, vid olika dagar och tider. Det känns som att erbjudandet används för att locka kunder till butiken, men produkten finns aldrig tillgänglig i praktiken.
Jag åkte dit specifikt på grund av reklamen och spenderade tid och bensin, men erbjudandet fanns inte. Jag tycker detta är vilseledande och oprofessionellt.
Jag rekommenderar andra kunder att vara medvetna om detta innan de åker dit.

Bästa Kristina på EKO Västerås som var gullig och hämtade och la undan en vara åt mig i förbutiken då jag stukat foten och kan knapp gå. WOW vilken service. Aldrig varit med om nå liknande. Andra borde lära sig av dig.Stort <3 till dig

Jag tänker inte låta bli och skriva om det här för att jag tänker på de andra kunderna också. Tjejen eller damen som satt vid kassan igår var otrevlig. Istället för att hjälpa kunden, tjatade hon bara och grimaserade/gjorde dåligt ansiktsuttryck. Jobbar man med kunder måste man lära sig att vara trevlig och hjälpsam, annars är man på fel plats tycker jag.

Jag hade köpt en conditioner och ville byta till champo, gick inte! Otroligt dåligt bemötande ! Kommer aldrig att handla där igen !

Ville återlämna en parfym, kartongen/förpackningen var förseglad med ett centimeterbrett syntetband som verkligen klämde ihop den, omöjlig att öppna utan att förstöra kartongen/förpackningen, alltså helt orört innehåll. Det gick inte att återlämna bl a kosmetika eller parfym, helt förståeligt om förpackningen är bruten men denna var helt orörd. Tycker detta är uruselt så jag rekommenderar ingen att köpa presenter t ex parfym eller som i juletider ofta parfym i kombination med deodorant eller lotion då det inte går byta om man inte skulle tycka om den eller fått dubbelt. Kommer dröja länge innan jag sätter min fot på EKO igen !!!! Kommer inte heller att rekommendera mina vänner det heller.

Hittade ett gosedjur från Gabbys dockskåp. På alla likadana som låg där var priset 99,95 eller 99,98 kr något. När jag väl kom fram till kassan slogs 189,något in istället. Jag sa till men fick betala det dubbla priset även om annat pris stod i butik. Hade jag inte lovat sonen redan att han skulle få den så hade jag aldrig köpt den. Detta är inte första gången så tänk en gång extra innan ni handlar här.

I have an eko core 500. An expensive product which is currently in disarray because the plastic button is missing limiting the functionality. It probably costs literal cents to make and ship yet they won't. Makes this $500 device a literal paper weight. Very wasteful and goes against what the company advertises as their mission. But they cant send another one nor did they confirm warranty status. Absolutely unacceptable. Ill be leaving reviews on other platforms as well just so people know what kind of support they get on their investment :| Ill consider updating if the situation is resolved. I'm sure its the company and not the kind lady that took care of me, this review is directed at policies, not employees!

I’ve been donating to EKO for sometime. I’ve noticed that a number of reviews about them are negative and that they are left wing. That is one of the reasons I support them unlike their critics I believe that the mass murders of Palestinian children by the Israelis in Gaza and calling to account Trump and the GOP fascists for the harm they are doing to our planet and and the USA is not only legitimate but should be encouraged.

Good afternoon Trustpilot I noticed that the first review for this organisation looks like it should be for a different entity called EKO

the stetoscope is nice while its working, have short life .mine lasted for 2y 2month exactly( the warranty period), can not be fixed. and eko said the best they can do,is offer discount for new one hhh like why anyone would in something that fall apart that quick.i would highly recommend to stick with the old digital stetoscopes

It is essential for all global citizens to resist fascism of all kinds, including or especially that which destroys the ecosystem. Animals need to be accorded equal rights to humans.

I signed a petition to help animals and they started sending me strictly political emails that are very extremist in nature. Bait and switch, I do not trust them and wouldn't give them a dime. I suspect they use things like helping animals as bait to get your money but are primarily a one sided political organization and I don't trust my money will go to the cause they say it is. There's a ton of fraudulent charities and NGOs out there where the main beneficiary of the funds is are the owners of these organizations. This one doesn't pass the smell test for me.

I am a Dutch national, and a UK citizen. When I get repeated emails from Eko asking me to please meddle with the USA elections something does not feel right. The emails looked like desperate party political broadcasts, rather than what I would expect from a charity. Not liking the direction this organisation is going into. I would have signed up to Sumofus (their previous name) to donate for a specific cause, like highlighting the poisoning of a specific river or deforestation in a critical area. But Eko seems to be pushing for and against specific political parties now, and from the wording used in emails does not seem to understand that it is not their role to represent or affect winners or losers in a political process. Especially by asking people who don't even live in the USA to please help stop a specific political party to win or lose. Blinded by political bias rather than objectively putting pressure on all political leadership. Not for me.

Eko är en bra affär för övrigt att handla i, men nu hade de ställt upp en skylt med att det skulle vara godisregn. Så vi åkte dit idag med tanken att det skulle vara godisregn men i själva verket va det att man fick ta en godis ur en burk. Vi blev väldigt besvikna och kände att vi hade åkt dit helt i onödan.

Min gode vän skulle testa lite kläder. Och han känner att han skulle vilja testa att vara en tjej. Och när han skulle testa så kom det personal som sade att han inte skulle köpa så han fick inte testa. Det tyckte min vän var väldigt elakt.

Jag fick inte rösta kläder för jag skulle inte köpa den för jag var ett barn. As dålig affär rekomenderar inte
