I have been a loyal customer and loved…
I have been a loyal customer and loved this site. Received so many great offers and free real casino money! But I am so disappointed that all the EPOINTS I accumulated so me no good now as all the online casinos that I can buy credit to play are no longer allowing players in Canada. Like WINNERSMAGIC for example, was one of my favorite next to try TRADA Casino. ekstrapoint customer support has done absolutely not a thing to remedy this problem. If you think say sorry is sufficient then ekstrapoint will be long gone in the future due to lack of happy customers and bad bad reviews. I’m absolutely angered and want this solved.

I keep being hammered with marketing emails no matter what I try to stop them. I am uk based and I have been registered with Gamstop for a very long time, it is against the regulations of the uk to market gambling to anyone registered with their national self exclusion service.

THEY HAVE AGREEING TO CREDIT €100 THE PRIZE MONEY
The latest developments they have agreed to provide with €100 as a compensation instead of €500 the original prize money offered for this competition for the 1st place due to some regulatory terms and conditions. Based on their words and believing that they are going to credit the amount €100 to my Jackie Jackpot Casino account I have also agreed to accept the same. I have edited the comments.

Ich habe mich jetzt mehrmals extra über extra point auf gewissen Casinos registriert wo ich immer wieder Probleme hatte mit dem connect und dem gut schreiben meiner Punkte außerdem habe ich fast über ein halbes Jahr immer wieder ein hin und her gehabt ohne irgendwelche Hilfe die ich bekam dass ich endlich überhaupt bei Jackie Jack gefunden meine Punkte erhalten habe jetzt vor kurzem hat es geklappt wobei ich über 100000 EP wieder gutgeschrieben bekommen habe und mein Account auf einmal wieder frei wurde jetzt habe ich dasselbe Problem wieder ich wollte so gerne mich über extra brennt mit dem Power abgegeben und so dort die Angebote nutzen die auch extra Groß anpasst werden ich einfach nicht trotzdem dass ich mich über die Seite registriert habe verbunden und kriege meine 25.000 EP voll zum Mäuse melken
Jetzt sagt mir einer eine Zauber Lösung?!
