This company is a total scam. I’ve ordered two different items from them, with no delivery on either one. When you text them you get the same canned response, I sorry for the delay on a refund, it’s my banks fault as they are busy which is total B S. It’s not that much money but the principal of business is not to take an or two in this is totally outrageous . Do not buy anything from this company they are scam artists. They will get what’s coming to them.

I got the product after 3 months.the product is very cheap and small it not at all as it shows at the website.after few times of using it finished.I am very disappointed from the product and quality.

False advertisement. Fake products. They donr refund. Read the fine prints.

after a couple months I noticed I had not received my package that I was charged for. When I contacted them they sent me a delivery photo that the package was placed in my half full recycling bin. therefore, the recycling would have been taken as it is weekly and I would never have known it was in there. I asked for a replacement or a refund and got the run around for weeks. They then wanted me to contact my direct delivery service and provide proof of loss. This made no sense as they sent a picture of where they placed it and would not be able to prove it was lost. I was so upset. No product is worth this awful customer service.

Purchased and when I received it i saw it was made in China!! I immediately contacted them to return and they said it was not possible to return it. I filed a claim with my bank and hope to get some resolution. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY WHERE YOU CANNOT RETURN THEIR PRODUCT. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I received a batch of faulty bottles and was initially told they were fine. After pushing further, the company admitted they all had a batch issue. Instead of processing a return, they sent me a replacement without my consent, and now refuse to accept a return because my order was part of a “buy 2 get 2 free” offer. This feels like a complete scam — poor quality products, no accountability, and zero respect for customers.

If no stars was an option I would.
Terrible customer service, the ‘mist’ is not as advertised, one bottle squirted and drenched you. The others function wasn’t as bad however despite the bottle or not the product itself is rubbish. No ‘glow’ it literally is like water it offers and achieves nothing with or without make up. I have repeatedly emailed them since 18th August to ask for a refund and how to return my order for this and they repeatedly keep avoiding the question. Terrible service and terrible product do not buy.

I just received this product and I'm absolutely disappointed ! Pure rain water! I will send it to a nearby lab to see if the content of the product is as advertised. Mist?! No chance! Is a cheap bottle with poor packaging and a huge hole as a spray. And their return condiciones are absolutely ridiculous:" if products are on more than 40% off the products can't be returned", lets see if is the case when your product will come back from the lab. Super disappointed!!! Do not BUY!!!

AVOID; extremely poor service. I ordered on 19th of July and it is now first of September and I still do not have my goods or my refund. The spray was for a holiday since it claim to have SPF 50. The goods did not arrive for two weeks then I had left for my holiday. Disappointed. The gods were returned and received by Elaria, they have tracking information saying that they have the order in their position yet they do not want to refund me. I’m extremely disappointed never again will I do business with people like them who do not possess good Customer Services no integrity or principle, hoping that you will go away and they can keep your money. I had to contact My credit card company for a charge back.

So bad they don’t take responsibilities I purchased put the old address and I contact the Elarian website and customer staff replied me they can’t change delivery address. I ordered online after 3 hours I contact them . They didn’t do anything and i didn’t receive the item . Very bad . I will never purchase again. Order number 8986877037.

this is a downright BAD copy of the Kopari mist - they even use influencer videos from Kopari and don't have their own. I went back and saw that the ads I bought this from, the ladies are actually holding Kopari bottles and they used videos where they held the bottle in a way where you can't really see, and makes you think its Elaria. The packaging is very temu and the cap just falls off. There is no mist its more like a thick wet shower and I don't believe for a minute its SPF anything. Instead of the shimmer its got GLITTER in the water.

Not at all what's advertised or expected. The product doesn't give any glow or shimmer. It leaves your skin looking white and it doesn't feel very nice on hands. Very dissapointed. This had definitely put me off buying things online.

I bought 2 x setting mist and 1 x body mist. They lie about it not having a white cast, it's superwhite. It looks cheap. You have to have them accept you to return it, and you have to pay to return it. This, for me, is enough to not even bother. I am warning others, though.

I am absolutely furious and disgusted by your operation. Your whole scheme is nothing less than blatant false advertising. You’re selling low‑grade products made in China, using cheap, dubious ingredients, yet hawking them for a whopping £26! That’s outrageous.

You prey on hardworking people—those who earn every penny honestly—then play with their emotions to squeeze every drop of cash out of them. You're crossing the line: targeting vulnerability, promising quality, and delivering substandard junk.

And the audacity! When we reviewed your so‑called “marketing page,” you paused your advertisement—clearly to hide from the backlash. That’s cowardly and deceitful.

You’re shameless, manipulative operators. You're trading on the hard‑earned money of honest individuals—no integrity, no remorse, just cold, calculated greed.

Your behaviour is appalling and unacceptable. Shame on you.

The body mist goes on white and thick. They claim no white cast. False. And it makes my skin feel like it has a sunburn.

SCAM – Do Not Buy!
False advertising using Kopari to sell cheap junk from China. They ignored my refund request, luckily I paid with PayPal and will be opening a dispute. This is the second time this has happened — last time I got a refund from company who did answer my email and PayPal refunded me the $37 return postage I had to pay. I would only EVER use PayPal for online purchases. Company Reported!
