Outfits fit perfect. I receive many compliments when I wear them. Fabric very soft.

Love the product. it does run a little small. I was concerned it might so i ordered a size larger than I normally do. overall fit was good but a bit tight in the bust and upper arms.

Pictures of products look nothing like the cheap ugly delivered ones. Sizes are off with arms too long and bodies too small. I was offered $20 return for what I purchased at $163! Took a month to deliver and no local number to call and argue.

I ordered in October, they say it has been shipped but tracking is showing it has not. Think I am going call my credit card company and file a dispute. I think they are a scam.

Item arrived promptly and in excellent condition.

I orderd 4 sweaters a month ago, of course, my credit card was charged the next day. I still have not received my order yet even though I thought they would be shipped out in less than 9 days. I did get a text they were shipping USPS Nov. 22 with a tracking number but after checking every day USPS still they have not received anything from Elarise. I have attempted to email them several times with no answer back.
Guess this is called ghosting?

Terrible customer service. Did not like the dress I ordered, material is cheap. Have asked to return and Elarise refuses to give me a return label and a full refund. There was no packing slip in package to be able to return on my own. Offered me $7 and to keep the dress. I do not want it. Then offered $14 and are up to $20 now and still want to to keep or donate. Bad company.

Darling! It just occurred to me that people will have to look closely to read what’s on the tag, so maybe a colored dot (or colored text) might help them identify their glass a little more easily. Love them though!!!

The dresses I ordered are very pretty. I got a lot of compliments on thanksgiving day wearing one of them. I look geared to wearing it again and the other one. They fit perfectly and feel good on.
