As the POA for my Godmother I first heard about Eldercare from a Care Home we visited. From the moment I made contact with Eldercare they were very helpful, friendly and supportive and gave me all the information I needed to make the right care home funding choice. There was no obligation to go with the Annuity and no pressure whatsoever. Michael and Tracy were available to answer questions anytime. It is a daunting process making huge financial decisions on behalf of someone else but Eldercare were there anytime to discuss any queries that I had.
