A totally refreshing approach to funding later life care for my mother. I found the whole experience very smooth and clearly explained. Initially Nicky Cave gave us an outstanding overview of the options available and then during a long period of inactivity while we had to secure funds the Eldercare team kept in touch but were never pushy.....and were very patient!
