Just about to book my hip replacement. Not only is this company extremely reasonable in price but the procedure and process has been clearly explained by Lorraine Russel who was a pleasure to deal with.

I contacted The hospital group on 13th November and had a call from Lorraine on the 14th. After discussing my options she had everything in place for me while I was on the line. Since then she has kept in touch most days. If I have had a problem she has got back to me within minutes. I am currently waiting for my operation date but I will definitely be leaving another review if I have the same experience I have had with Lorraine. I always feel like I'm talking to a friend when we finish our calls. Five star service from a very professional member of staff *****

I require both knees replacing, I have decided to have this done privately, I have looked at a couple of local private hospitals and I have decided on Burcot Hall.
The initial part of arranging the surgery has been made very easy thanks to the Surgeon assistant, Chis Markey, after my online enquiry he rang me next day, he told me costs available surgery dates and requirements from me.
Here we are 3 days later and Chris has arranged everything, he seems to be available 24/7.
I am obviously a bit concerned about having surgery, however if the next part of this journey is as good as the initial arranging it will be fine.

The process has been really simple, in most parts thanks to Chris Markey, who has helped me enormously- whilst the surgery ahead is daunting I know it’ll be a smooth process - if you are thinking of going private I would say go for it

So I will be brutally honest I had my organical surgery in April 2021 with Dr Simons - my treatment at Burcot hall was awful I wasn’t hardly fed or really looked after : I filed a grievance against Transfrom for my treatment . And heard not much back . I met up with dr simons at the check up and explain that I disliked the way my boobs looked and where they sat on my body . This fell on death ears with Dr Simons , with him reassuring me that they looked natural as explained at the time I would have kept my natural boobs but I’d paid 6280.00 for a boob job and was totally unhappy and dissatisfied. He under minded my opinion and that effected me greatly . After making another complaint I requested to meet with another Dr and see his opinion.. I met with Dr amr khalil - I explained how I felt and the pain I was in due to the implants dropping far down my body and causing me pure unhappiness , he explained what he would do to rectify the issues . This was in June 2022.
Fast forward to October 2022 and I was calling the Bham clinic and I was having no luck what so ever !! This left me feeling totally robbed ! I’d paid this money and was no further forward .
I’m not going to sugar coat it but ,my save and grace was trust pilot .
I came on here and saw a lady named alyssia was responding to comments from other patients who had felt robbed . I called her number explain the situation , to say she was helpful was an understatement .
She explained regarding the company position with going into liquidation and that they have been brought out and she would look for my file and get back to me .
Which she did - she explained she could see my notes and I explained my experience with Dr Simons and how I thought the company was not living up to their promise.
She reassured me that they would honour The re surgery and that she would contact me back with the next available date that Mr Khalil could operate on me.
And she did within and few days I had a call to ask me to attend on the 22.11.22. Burcot hall
Again with honesty the date was changed 3 days before to 21.11.22 , which was okay due to myself having childcare available .
I had a call from a nurse and spoke with another lady called Emma burton who had sent me a confirmation email.
I went into the surgery yesterday and the nurses I met were lovely very accommodating and understanding as to why I had to revisit back burcot hall . I was fed very well and waited on hand and foot and checked on constantly ( angels)
I met Dr khalil and he was happy understanding and reassuring .
And did my surgery
Nurse sapphire , jo , nishen ( amazing 5 start treatment )
My partner was able to stay in reception and was informed of when I was waiting and in surgery ( which he was happy with )
Yesterday treatment - 5 star. And I hope with the change of owners this company can re gain back its good status ( as to why I went with them )
Previous to my recent visit I wouldn’t have given the company 1 star .
I have felt at times robbed lied to and conned .
I hope that people can read this and maybe have the same treatment as my my surgery yesterday.
I should’ve never had to have had surgery twice. If the job would have been correctly in the first instant , I wouldn’t have had to be opened up again .
This saddens me because surgery isn’t something that is straight forward it can be draining on your mentally and physically well-being which it has/had .

As stated before Alicia Emma Sapphire Jo, Mr khalil and nisten gave me amazing service at burcot hall and honestly did settle my nerves .
For that I will say thank you
I await to see my result and await for my check up date within the next week .
I can comment on how I’m feeling which is far better than my first surgery I had in April 2021 .
So far so good .

I went here on 10.11.21 for a gastric band and the care was fantastic. They gave me two years aftercare and was told I'd be able to go to a clinic local to me for my adjustments (Milton Keynes & Fulham). They have now closed all clinics apart from Birmingham and Manchester (Birmingham only offered on Wed,Thurs,Fri). It was a real shame as everything up till the aftercare was 10/10. The support staff I can manage to get hold of aren't being updated to any news which leaves, not just me but many other clients in need of adjustments not getting full impact of their band. I wish I had gone else where and knew how bad of financial difficulty the group was in before committing to them. Hope this post helps other people considering them as the after care is essential to a band, with out the adjustments its rather useless. Unless your happy to make a long journeys every 6 weeks or luckily enough to live near to those locations then I would go with another hospital.

I came to Burcott Hall for a total body lift with liposuction and breast revision. This was done by Miss Anne Dancey and she was excellent as always. On arriving at Burcott Hall I was greeted and taken up to my room. The nurse that admitted me was Nicole and due to my many allergies she was not happy with me being too far away from the nurses station and immediately arranged for me to move closer. I went down to theatre and was under for around 7hrs. Nicole was and has been exceptional throughout my stay to making sure my pain was managed before coming back on ward and to making sure she took care of me the very next day. I had a bit of a difficult start the following day and was very well looked after.I’ve never had such an attentive nurse that has put my mind at rest by plenty of reassurance and explaining things, this was such a big op both physically and emotionally and she helped so much. The other nurses also involved in my care were amazing too and I can’t thank all of them enough. This was a difficult time but was made much easier by Nicole and the other staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and I didn’t at any point feel like I was putting them out. The food was good and very tasty and I was very well looked after. The only slight criticism would be communication before coming into hospital that does need to be improved to put patients minds at ease and know exactly what is going on.

I went into Burcot hall hospital today for revision surgery my stay was loverly the staff really looked after me my nurses where carol and lynn who kept checking on my and making sure I was ok and had everything I needed I would recommend to stay here if ever needed

I was treated by professional and friendly staff from the moment I arrived to the time I left. I can not fault my experience which has shown itself in my 1st week of recovery, I expected far worse, I have had very little pain and discomfort, needing very little medication. A huge thanks to one and all at Burcot Hall Hospital.

I was contacted by Lorraine in response to an Online Query I had made about costs. She was friendly and helpful and provided the information that I had asked for really quickly.
However some of the very negative reviews about the company and people's experiences are rather worrying I think.

Awful!!! had a breast lift and implants , surgery turned out horrific, had a review op this year and was an improvement but awful results still . Over £6000 this procedure cost me and not once have I spoken to or seen a patient coordinator. 13th June 22 I saw the surgeon and he requested urgent review surgery to be done .have not heard anything from the hospital group, called multiple times and either have no response or was told they would call back , no call back ! I have tried for over three weeks to contact Cardiff clinic. I feel so insecure I wish I never ever wasted my money with this place . if I don’t hear anything with in a week I’m going to seek legal advice.

I had made enquiries regarding an inguinal hernia repair and I received a phone call from Ms Lorraine Russell who was a delight to converse with. She was extremely polite and I immediately felt at ease. Everything I needed to know was explained in a way that I understood. I then received an email from Ms Russell leaving me with a permanent record and several attachments all of which were of interest. Due to my personal circumstances it would be several months before I could pursue this further but I am now at ease with the idea.
