Easy to use site
Easy to use site, all items seemed priced very competitively. Items dispatched same day for delivery next day. Well packaged. Couldn’t ask for more - many thanks.
Only issue I had was due to it being a large order, I did add all the items to the quote feature to see if there could be a reduction in price. But never managed to get the form to work - not sure if it was my end or theirs.

A mistake was made on my first order, (item missing), but after a short easy phonecall, the missing part was despatched, and I had a tracking number with dpd.
Will buy from them again 👍

Ordered nappit eicr code breakers book and guide to initial verification books and some connectors. However, their Web stated free cable cutters with eicr book but this never arrived. All other bits arrived as expected. Ordered on monday night arrived Friday. Placed the above review and they replied with the cutters in the post arrived Tuesday. From 4 star to 5 star. I will be using again if they have what I need and the price is right. ..
