Green Electro Heating Opiniões

I had many concerns about which company to choose and thanks to Doris and Ionut I decided to trust GREEN ELECTRO HEATING. Thank you for the great advice and help. Thank you to the two engineers Virgil and Stefan who installed the heat pump who showed high knowledge and experience. They did the work quickly and cleanly. Thank you to the entire company you should get 10 stars out of 5 possible.

Highly responsive, explained everything, and able to work with an unusual situation of installation at short notice of the heat pump in a house in the midst of renovation (when the boiler failed). Lots of follow-ups and check-ups to make sure all was working well and to answer questions. Everyone I have dealt with has a real can-do attitude, positivity and a willingness to problem-solve, unlike some of the bigger companies I spoke to while researching, who had a one-size-fits-all approach and were unable to consider anything out of their template.

All that and Green Electro were competitive on price, too.

"Electro Heating provided exceptional service when installing a heat pump at our property. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. The heat pump has been working perfectly and has significantly reduced our energy bills. We highly recommend Electro Heating for their top-notch workmanship and outstanding customer service.

I recently had a Vaillant heat pump installed by Green Electro Heating, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the system and the wider installation process.

I found Green Electro Heating on Youtube and after enquiry they were happy to visit the property. Ionut from Green Electro Heating took the time to explain what was involved and which options we had in terms of where to place the heat pump and the new hot water cylinder.

Communication was clear throughout, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

They not only installed the heat pump without any issues, but also removed the old water cylinder, replaced some outdated water pipes, and carried out partial rewiring in the house, all with friendly staff, minimal disruption and excellent attention to detail.
The site was left tidy, and everything was completed on time and to a high standard.

I can highly recommend Green Electro Heating for anyone considering a heat pump installation or broader home energy upgrades.

We had our new heat pump installed for our new home. They took care of the entire process regarding the application for government grant. Everything was really smooth and well explained. Highly recommend if you’re looking to replace the conventional heating for your home. Great company! 👍🏼

Ionnut responds quickly, same for pre- and post job (sending invoices, certificates)...been using him for many years now, and can highly recommend him!

I had been thinking of changing my very old gas boiler for an electric alternative for quite some time before I found Green Electro Heating on the Vaillant website whilst looking at heat pumps. The company was very near to me in Enfield, which was a bonus. I filled in a form to register my interest and was called back within a couple of hours. Dorina explained everything very clearly and said that I would qualify for the Government's grant of £7,500 as long as I was a home-owner, had a good enough EPC grade and had found an MCS-accredited installation company, which they were themselves. The next step was a survey by Ionut, the founder of the company. He said my 2-bed garden flat in a converted house would be suitable for the heat pump, although it did take a while and some head-scratching to find a suitable place to fit the pump in the garden, as it was too wide to fit against a wall. My radiators were fine and wouldn't need changing and the hot water cylinder could be fitted into the space in the bathroom where the boiler was - just! Green Electro Heating applied for the grant on my behalf via the Government website and I got it with no trouble at all. It is not means-tested, unlike many hand-outs.
The whole system was installed in two and a half days in January with minimum disruption and the cylinder was boxed in by one of the installers on the following Saturday. Since then I have been enjoying a warm flat and feeling pleased that I am 'going green'. I am spending a bit more on electricity than I did before, but I keep the pump on all day and it's worth it. When the weather is warmer, I've noticed, the cost goes down a lot. I don't understand why electric is so much more expensive than gas when the Government is telling everyone to get rid of gas!
I'm very happy with my heat pump and the whole experience.

I have given Ionut's details from a friend and I am truly thrilled with the service, professionalism and the timely manner of delivery. We had an ongoing issue with a boiler that was subsequently fixed and corrected by Ionut. He was thorough, very experienced and beyond the call of duty to fix the issue.
I would definitely recommend Ionut and Green Electro Heating, not only because they are certified gas and electric engineers but also as they are heavily involved in the space of solar panels and can arrange all the documents to secure the government grants in this area. Thanks so much Ionut

The services that Green Electro Heating offer are first rate and they come with in depth knowledge, patience and professionalism.
The heat pump system was design to meet my requirements and they worked to our timetable delivering a great product.

I recently had my heat pump installed by Electro Heating, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They not only provided excellent design and installation services but also assisted me with the bus grant voucher application, making the entire process easy and straightforward. I highly recommend Electro Heating for anyone looking for professional heat pump design, installation, and commissioning services. Highly recommended!"

I am renovating my first house and always knew that I wanted to have a heat pump installed. I initially chose to go through a large energy company as I felt this was 'safer' - however, at this moment in time, they only offer retrofitting, so it was difficult to organise as I was mid-renovation. Additionally, I found out that they had huge waiting times for installation (10-15 weeks) which for a house without a heating system (in winter) is just not feasible. It was the end of November and I was desperate to have a heat pump fitted before Christmas.

I found Green Electro Heating through the 'Vaillant Heat Pump installers by you' feature - they were the top rated / most experienced installers. I called and Dorina was supremely organised and a calming presence (when I was not!). She understood the time pressure I was under and managed to get Ionut to conduct a heat loss survey within a week. I met Ionut at the house and he answered all my questions clearly and explained to me how the system would work. He managed to send me the calculations later that day so I could order appropriate radiators asap. This enabled the installation to occur the week after meaning that start to finish everything happened within 2-weeks.

I cannot recommend Green Electro Heating highly enough - especially for anyone who is interested in having a heat pump installed but is wanting to complete renovations at the same time. Ionut and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.

Very professional company for heating and electrical service and rapid response timings along with excellent communication.

Brilliant prompt service. Ionut saved us when our heating was out during a cold spell. He is a true professional with expert knowledge, a fast worker, honest, and a nice guy. What more can I say.

Fast, excellent and professional service!

Fantastic! Prompt service in response to my initial call about the boiler. I particularly appreciated Ionut's honesty about it being an easy task which I could do myself with his guidance over the phone to avoid a call out charge. I managed to follow his instructions and resolve the issue. I appreciated his patience through it all. I definitely recommend using their services.

Ionut always responds and shows up quickly when I ring. He is very knowledgable and always sorts out my problems with minimal fuss. He is a clean worker and always cleans up after himself. He is personable and a good communicator. I am glad I found him
