Very helpful in answering any questions I had, great customer service and a great bike. Definitely recommend them.

Very successful. Responsive when other e-bike shops/services were not. And came back to me in the evening which is usually unheard of. Very happy both with the service and the motor and battery themselves. Also had stock of a motor that other shops did not have.

Absolutely amazing people helped me out so much I was stressing over Xmas and they have done everything to get my kids bike stuff delivered before Xmas I honestly couldn’t thank these guys enough they have gone above and beyond for me and helped with everything thank you so so much x

The main customer service agent is racist labelling people as 'people like you' don't quite understand his remark but emailed me 6 hours after I returned my order because it wasn't in stock and I didn't want there more expensive alternative to say that's it's back in stock but will not be selling too people like you I had already ordered another battery by this point so very petty to message this

Rude customer service agent named alex cambell trying to sell every other battery as they didn't have my one in stock no accountability taken because they have a massive website? Sorry not customers issue keeping your stock up to date online cannot be difficult

Bought a display from them which didn’t work and they didn’t resolve. Despite numerous attempts to contact they never replied. Had to take them to court.

My elec bike packed in not sure if battery or motor had gone. Took it to the shop and after quick and honest diagnosis realised battery had gone so fitted a new elec battery & added a new throttle as mine was broken. Initially shop thought bafang motor controller had gone but tests showed still fine, very honest of the Co. Great professional job, promptly completed and kept regularly apprised of the progress. Competetive pricing and good customer service, my bike works like a dream now. Definitely recommend these chaps A+ job.

I bought a second hand bike from them and had it converted some month later to an ebike. I'm very happy with it and the work carried out. The after sales service is great to with fast responses and frequent check ins to see how the bike is doing. I'd recommend them. 👍

These guys know what they’re talking About,Mayjor experience in all types of electric bikes. Took my bike to 2 different shops and they told me it couldn’t be repaired, These guys diagnosed and repaired the fault within the hour 👍 highly recommend 10/10 👌
