My experience with this store has been nothing short of unacceptable. I attempted to purchase the same item four separate times, and every single order was accepted and then canceled. No meaningful explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing. The product was clearly listed at a specific price, yet it seems they had no intention of actually selling it for that amount. Canceling orders repeatedly instead of honoring their own advertised price is misleading and unprofessional. Consumers deserve transparency and integrity, and this store failed on both fronts. I will never go to this website again!

I like the items. I specifically used the SHOP app to avoid giving money to Amazon, but it turns out you shipped one of the items I purchased from you using Amazon.

Customers stand no chance of a refund or replacement with this business. Do not order from them. They didn't package the items at all (glass jars) so they all arrived broken. Despite multiple countless emails to them with pictures and proof, all they've done is ignore me.

Horrible return and refund policy. They sent an automated email to check in on me where I mentioned needing help with a return and have been ignored completely. This was a stupid waste of money, and I’ll definitely never shop here again.

Easy to find what I needed, and was easy to use for the recipient

It’s not even poor; it actually doesn’t exist. We ordered a guitar case. It came, but my son took it on a plane, locked it, and lost the key. Since then, I’ve sent 3 emails and called them twice. They don’t answer the phone and they haven’t responded to any of my emails.
Amusingly, they sent me an email last week ASKING for a review and their link doesn’t even work! I had to figure out for myself how to leave this review so that no one ever buys anything from them again. Maybe they went out of business. Good news for everyone but me.

The product is sub par. You pay 3k for a laptop, you expect it to be fast and run about anything. It bogs down with one program open called bambu studio. Nothing serious, but still can't perform. They won't answer emails. Nothing

I bought a Food Saver for my Aunts on 12/13. As her birthday started approaching I attempted to reach out and could not get anyone on the phone. On Christmas Eve, I received a notification that my money was refunded. No explanation, no notice, no nothing. I had to scramble to buy another unit at the last minute. Terrible experience. Do not buy from them!

No shipping was ever done! Took my money and now they don't answer thier phone. After I paid for the item, charges started appearing on my bank that was from them. This is website and company is a complete SCAM! Don't use them!

Total scam operation. They're basically just Amazon drop shippers, jacking up prices and ripping people off. Avoid.

The DIMM I ordered was hard to find elsewhere and they had it readily in stock. Perfect packaging and excellent delivery. I ran memory tests with no errors.

Scam after 20 days of waiting no product won't respond to emails won't return phone calls

2 mounth passed... nothing donne. No product, no extimate date delevery, no refound... BE CAREFULL...

I ordered a motherboard for an HP computer. The incorrect product arrived shipped directly from another vendor. I am currently in the return process. Electroeshop appears to be a middle man with mark up, but no value added. Not a scam, but I will avoid them in the future.

When it comes to the ordering process, they have great and very helpful customer service. But if you're unhappy with the product and trying to return it, getting through is next to impossible, and when I do get through, all the agents tell me is "I will forward your complaints to the 'concerns dept'." The second agent I spoke with added that I should allow up to 48 hours for a response. Well that came and went. Definitely feels shady.
