Shocking useless company. Won't answer the phone. I paid 50 euro for my vape and got a confirmation saying it's been successfully paid. Next day I get an email saying we still have not received your payment. Don't waste your time !

Do not waste your time trying to purchases from this website. First it won't come as quick as they state and when it does arrive it will be wrong. I ordered 20+ bottles and 100% of the order was incorrect. I've been trying to get the correct order sent out but they're just ignore emails. Only option is to report them now. Been going on since 8th July so I'm almost 3 weeks waiting now
Update. 2nd August and they are completely ignoring me now. This seems to be a common theme on a lot of other reviews. In my opinion, I don’t think they're a real company. Probably just a chancers that import cheap and send on whatever is lying around

Got oil ordered for me 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the order,im still hoping it arrives. I will update if i get the order! Is this a real company that actually send a product or do they just take your money and you dont receive your items,i hope im wrong and receive something as ive paid for if so i will update amd appolagise,my worry is that they say dispatch the same day in itreland in 2 days and now im being ignored.i was looking forward to doing good business with yhem hence i placed a small order to see if they would follow through with my order.if they did send my order i had some great buisness lined up in the future with them. Sure all i can do is wait and see and hope the delivery is just slow because of the time of year. Ill keep uou posted

Apparently, the company is still operating in the 80s, using stamped envelopes for deliveries, and there is no way to track orders as a result. Takes ages, waited exactly 10 days for my parcel to arrive. And when I got it, one of the products was not what I had ordered, luckily it got resolved on the next day, kudos for good customer service. However, I had to wait another 8 days before receiving the correct one.
You are better off shopping elsewhere, even thought they have a wide selection, you might end up getting your parcel next year.

Ordered a €40 vape from their website and paid for it. Received a €12 vape in the post. Emailed them multiple times on their website and they ignored me. Absolute scammers. Don't throw your money away.

Two days and nothing no reply from them clicked the link to their fb does not work wrang 5 times on the phone

I ordered two bottles of eliquid online. Waited two weeks, no sign of them. Filled in their contact form, got no reply. Save you money and buy somewhere else.
